jub@Mark:5:18 @ And as he was entering into the ship, he that had been troubled by the demon besought him that he might be with him.

jub@Mark:5:19 @ But Jesus suffered him not but said unto him, Go home to thy [friends] and family and tell them what great things the Lord has done with thee and [how] he has had mercy on thee.

jub@Mark:5:20 @ And he went and began to publish in Decapolis what great things Jesus had done with him, and everyone marveled.

jub@Mark:5:24 @ And [Jesus] went with him; and [a] great multitude followed him and thronged him.

jub@Mark:5:40 @ And they laughed him to scorn. But when he had put them all out, he took the father and the mother of the damsel and those that were with him and entered in where the damsel was lying.

jub@Mark:5:42 @ And straightway the damsel arose and walked, for she was twelve years old. And they were astonished with a great astonishment.

jub@Mark:6:3 @ Is not this the carpenter, the son of Mary, the brother of James and Joses and of Juda and Simon? and are not his sisters here with us? And they were offended at him.

jub@Mark:6:9 @ but [be] shod with sandals and not put on two coats.

jub@Mark:6:13 @ And they cast out many demons and anointed with oil many that were sick, and they [were] healed.

jub@Mark:6:22 @ and when the daughter of Herodias came in and danced and pleased Herod and those that sat with him, the king said unto the damsel, Ask of me whatsoever thou wilt, and I will give [it unto] thee.

jub@Mark:6:25 @ And she came in with haste unto the king and asked, saying, I will that thou give me immediately in a platter the head of John the Baptist.

jub@Mark:6:26 @ And the king was exceeding sorry, [yet] for his oath's sake and for the sakes of those who sat with him, he would not reject her.

jub@Mark:6:50 @ For they all saw him and were troubled. And immediately he talked with them and said unto them, Be of good cheer; I AM; be not afraid.

jub@Mark:7:2 @ who upon seeing some of his disciples eat bread with common, that is to say, with unwashed, hands, they condemned them.

jub@Mark:7:5 @ Then the Pharisees and scribes asked him, Why do thy disciples not walk according to the tradition of the elders but eat bread with unwashed hands?

jub@Mark:7:6 @ He answered and said unto them, Well has Esaias prophesied of you hypocrites, as it is written, This people honours me with [their] lips, but their heart is far from me.

jub@Mark:7:11 @ But ye say, It is enough if a man shall say to his father or mother, [It is] all Corban, (that is to say, my gift to God) whatever with which thou mightest be profited by me.

jub@Mark:7:13 @ invalidating the word of God with your tradition, which ye have given; and many such like things do ye.

jub@Mark:7:18 @ And he said unto them, Are ye so without understanding also? Do ye not understand that anything from outside that enters into the man cannot defile him?

jub@Mark:7:21 @ For from within, out of the heart of men, come forth the evil thoughts, the adulteries, the fornications, the murders,

jub@Mark:7:23 @ all these evil things come out from within and defile the man.

jub@Mark:7:33 @ And taking him aside from the multitude, he put his fingers into the man's ears; and spitting, he touched the man's tongue [with the saliva];

jub@Mark:8:2 @ I have mercy on the multitude because they have now been with me three days and have nothing to eat;

jub@Mark:8:4 @ And his disciples answered him, From where can anyone satisfy these [men] with bread here in the wilderness?

jub@Mark:8:10 @ And straightway he entered into a ship with his disciples and came into the parts of Dalmanutha.

jub@Mark:8:11 @ And the Pharisees came forth and began to argue with him, demanding of him a sign from heaven, tempting him.

jub@Mark:8:14 @ Now [the disciples] had forgotten to take bread, neither had they in the ship with them more than one loaf.

jub@Mark:8:34 @ And calling the multitude [unto him] with his disciples, he said unto them, Whosoever will come after me, let him deny himself and take up his stake and follow me.

jub@Mark:8:38 @ Whosoever therefore shall be ashamed of me and of my words in this adulterous and sinful generation, of him also shall the Son of man be ashamed when he comes in the glory of his Father with the holy angels.:

jub@Mark:9:1 @ He also said unto them, Verily I say unto you, That there are some of those who are here who shall not taste of death until they have seen the kingdom of God which comes with power.

jub@Mark:9:4 @ And there appeared unto them Elijah with Moses; and they were talking with Jesus.

jub@Mark:9:8 @ And suddenly, when they had looked around, they saw no one any more, except Jesus only with themselves.

jub@Mark:9:10 @ And they kept the word within themselves, questioning one with another what the rising from the dead should be.

jub@Mark:9:14 @ And as he came to the disciples, he saw a great multitude about them and scribes that disputed with them.

jub@Mark:9:16 @ And he asked the scribes, What dispute ye with them?

jub@Mark:9:18 @ and wherever he takes him, he tears him, and he foams and gnashes with his teeth and pines away; and I spoke to thy disciples that they should cast him out, and they could not.

jub@Mark:9:19 @ Answering, he said unto him, O unfaithful generation, how long shall I be with you? How long must I suffer you? Bring him unto me.

jub@Mark:9:24 @ And straightway the father of the child crying out with tears, said, Lord, I believe; help thou my unbelief.

jub@Mark:9:47 @ And if thine eye causes thee to fall, pluck it out; it is better for thee to enter into the kingdom of God with one eye than having two eyes to be cast into hell,

jub@Mark:9:49 @ For every one shall be salted with fire, and every sacrifice shall be salted with salt.

jub@Mark:9:50 @ Salt [is] good, but if the salt has lost its saltness, with what will ye season it? Have salt in yourselves, and have peace one with another.:

jub@Mark:10:30 @ who shall not receive one hundredfold now in this time: houses and brethren and sisters and mothers and children and lands, with persecutions, and in the world to come eternal life.

jub@Mark:10:32 @ And they were in the way going up to Jerusalem, and Jesus went before them; and they were amazed, and they followed him with fear. Then, taking the twelve [aside] again, he began to tell them what things would happen unto him,

jub@Mark:10:38 @ Then Jesus said unto them, Ye know not what ye ask; can ye drink the cup that I drink? Or be baptized with the baptism that I am baptized with?

jub@Mark:10:39 @ And they said unto him, We can. And Jesus said unto them, Ye shall indeed drink the cup that I drink, and of the baptism that I am baptized with ye shall be baptized;

jub@Mark:10:46 @ And so they come to Jericho, and as he went out of Jericho with his disciples and a [great] multitude, blind Bartimaeus, the son of Timaeus, sat by the highway side begging.

jub@Mark:11:11 @ And the Lord entered into Jerusalem and into the temple; and when he had looked around upon all things, and it being now late, he went out unto Bethany with the twelve.

jub@Mark:11:21 @ Then Peter, remembering, said unto him, Master, behold, the fig tree which thou didst curse is withered away.

jub@Mark:11:29 @ Then Jesus, answering, said unto them, I will also ask of you one word, and respond unto me, and I will tell you with what faculty I do these things.

jub@Mark:11:33 @ And answering, they said unto Jesus, We do not know. And Jesus, answering, said unto them, Neither shall I tell you with what faculty I do these things.:

jub@Mark:12:14 @ And when they were come, they say unto him, Master, we know that thou art [a] man of truth [who] regards no man; for thou dost not look upon [the] appearance of men, but dost with truth teach the way of God; is it lawful to give tribute to Caesar or not?

jub@Mark:12:30 @ and thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart and with all thy soul and with all thy thought and with all thy strength: this [is] the principal commandment.

jub@Mark:12:33 @ and to love him with all the heart and with all the understanding and with all the soul and with all the strength and to love [his] neighbour as himself is more than all the burnt offerings and sacrifices.

jub@Mark:12:41 @ And with Jesus sitting in front of the ark of the offering, he beheld how the people cast money into the ark and many that were rich cast in much.

jub@Mark:13:17 @ But woe to those that are with child and to those that give suck in those days!

jub@Mark:13:26 @ And then shall they see the Son of man coming in the clouds with great power and glory.

jub@Mark:14:4 @ And there were some that had indignation within themselves and said, Why was this waste of the ointment made?

jub@Mark:14:7 @ For ye have the poor with you always, and whenever ye will, ye may do them good; but me ye have not always.

jub@Mark:14:14 @ And wherever he shall go in, say to the husband of the house, The Master says, Where is the guestchamber where I shall eat the passover with my disciples?

jub@Mark:14:17 @ And in the evening he went with the twelve.

jub@Mark:14:18 @ And when they sat at the table and ate, Jesus said, Verily I say unto you, One of you who eats with me shall betray me.

jub@Mark:14:20 @ And he, answering, said unto them, [It is] one of the twelve, that dips with me in the dish.

jub@Mark:14:31 @ But he spoke the more vehemently, If I should die with thee, I will not deny thee in any wise. Likewise also said the others.

jub@Mark:14:33 @ And he takes with him Peter and James and John and began to be alarmed and to be anguished

jub@Mark:14:43 @ And immediately, while he yet spoke, Judas came, who was one of the twelve, and with him a multitude with swords and staves from the princes of the priests and of the scribes and of the elders.

jub@Mark:14:48 @ And Jesus, answering, said unto them, Are ye come out, as against a thief, with swords and [with] staves to take me?

jub@Mark:14:49 @ I was daily with you in the temple teaching, and ye took me not, but it is this way that the scriptures might be fulfilled.

jub@Mark:14:53 @ And they brought Jesus to the high priest, and with him were assembled all the princes of the priests and the elders and the scribes.

jub@Mark:14:54 @ But Peter followed him afar off, even into the palace of the high priest, and he was seated with the servants and warming himself at the fire.

jub@Mark:14:58 @ We heard him say, I will destroy this temple that is made with hands, and within three days I will build another made without hands.

jub@Mark:14:65 @ And some began to spit on him and to cover his face and to buffet him and to say unto him, Prophesy. And the servants struck him with the palms of their hands.

jub@Mark:14:67 @ and when she saw Peter warming himself, looking upon him, said, And thou also wast with Jesus of Nazareth.

jub@Mark:15:1 @ And straightway in the morning the princes of the priests having held a consultation with the elders and with the scribes and with the whole council, took Jesus away bound and delivered him to Pilate.

jub@Mark:15:7 @ And there was [one] named Barabbas, [who lay] bound with those that had made insurrection with him, who had committed murder in the insurrection.

jub@Mark:15:17 @ And they clothed him with purple and platted a crown of thorns and put it about his [head]

jub@Mark:15:19 @ And they smote him on the head with a reed and spit upon him and bowing [their] knees worshipped him.

jub@Mark:15:23 @ And they gave him to drink wine mingled with myrrh, but he received [it] not.

jub@Mark:15:27 @ And with him they crucified two thieves: the one on his right hand and the other on his left.

jub@Mark:15:28 @ And the scripture was fulfilled, which says, And he was numbered with the transgressors.

jub@Mark:15:31 @ Likewise also the princes of the priests mocking said among themselves with the scribes, He saved others; himself he cannot save.

jub@Mark:15:32 @ Let the Christ, King of Israel, descend now from the stake that we may see and believe. And those that were crucified with him reviled him.

jub@Mark:15:34 @ And at the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying, Eloi, Eloi, lama sabachthani? which is, being interpreted, My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?

jub@Mark:15:41 @ (who also, when he was in Galilee, followed him and ministered unto him), and many other women who came up with him unto Jerusalem.

jub@Mark:16:10 @ [And] she went and told those that had been with him, as they mourned and wept.

jub@Mark:16:17 @ And these signs shall follow those that believe: In my name they shall cast out demons; they shall speak with new tongues;

jub@Mark:16:20 @ And they, going forth, preached everywhere, the Lord working with them and confirming the word with the signs which followed them. [Amen].:

jub@Luke:1:3 @ it seemed good also to me, after having understood all the things from the beginning with great diligence, to write them unto thee in order, most excellent Theophilus,

jub@Luke:1:15 @ For he shall be great in the sight of the Lord and shall drink neither wine nor strong drink; and he shall be filled with the Holy Spirit, even from his mother's womb.

jub@Luke:1:22 @ And when he came out, he could not speak unto them; and they perceived that he had seen a vision in the temple, for he communicated with signs and remained speechless.

jub@Luke:1:25 @ Thus hath the Lord dealt with me in the days wherein he looked on [me], to take away my reproach among men.

jub@Luke:1:28 @ And the angel came in unto her and said, Hail, [thou that art] highly favoured, the Lord [is] with thee; blessed [art] thou among women.

jub@Luke:1:30 @ Then the angel said unto her, Fear not, Mary, for thou hast found grace with God.

jub@Luke:1:36 @ And, behold, thy relative Elisabeth, she has also conceived a son in her old age; and this is the sixth month with her, who [was] called barren.

jub@Luke:1:37 @ For with God nothing is impossible.

jub@Luke:1:39 @ And Mary arose in those days and went into the hill country with haste into a city of Juda

jub@Luke:1:41 @ And it came to pass that when Elisabeth heard the salutation of Mary, the babe leaped in her womb and Elisabeth was filled with the Holy Spirit;

jub@Luke:1:42 @ and she spoke out with a loud voice and said, Blessed [art] thou among women, and blessed [is] the fruit of thy womb.

jub@Luke:1:51 @ He has shown strength with his arm; he has scattered the proud in the imagination of their hearts.

jub@Luke:1:53 @ He has filled the hungry with good things, and the rich he has sent empty away.

jub@Luke:1:56 @ And Mary abode with her about three months and then returned to her own house.

jub@Luke:1:58 @ And her neighbours and her relatives heard how the Lord had showed great mercy upon her, and they rejoiced with her.

jub@Luke:1:62 @ And they communicated with signs to his father, [asking] how he would have him called.

jub@Luke:1:66 @ And all those that heard [them] laid [them] up in their hearts, saying, Who shall this child be! And the hand of the Lord was with him.

jub@Luke:1:67 @ And his father Zacharias was filled with the Holy Spirit and prophesied, saying,

jub@Luke:1:74 @ that he would grant unto us, that without fear delivered out of the hand of our enemies, we might serve him

jub@Luke:2:5 @ to be taxed with Mary his espoused wife, being great with child.

jub@Luke:2:13 @ And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God and saying,

jub@Luke:2:16 @ And they came with haste and found Mary and Joseph, and the babe lying in the manger.

jub@Luke:2:36 @ And there was one Anna, a prophetess, the daughter of Phanuel, of the tribe of Aser; she was of a great age and had lived with [her] husband seven years from her virginity,

jub@Luke:2:37 @ and she [was] a widow eighty-four years, who departed not from the temple, serving night and day with fastings and prayers.

jub@Luke:2:40 @ And the child grew and was comforted of [the] Spirit, filled with wisdom and the grace of God was upon him.

jub@Luke:2:48 @ And when they saw him, they were amazed; and his mother said unto him, Son, why hast thou thus dealt with us? Behold, thy father and I have sought thee sorrowing.

jub@Luke:2:51 @ And he went down with them and came to Nazareth and was subject unto them, but his mother kept all these things in her heart.

jub@Luke:2:52 @ And Jesus increased in wisdom and [in] age and in grace with God and men.:

jub@Luke:3:8 @ Bring forth therefore fruits worthy of repentance and begin not to say within yourselves, We have Abraham [for our] father; for I say unto you, That God is able of these stones to raise up children unto Abraham.

jub@Luke:3:14 @ And the soldiers likewise demanded of him, saying, And what shall we do? And he said unto them, Oppress no one, neither accuse [anyone] falsely; and be content with your wages.

jub@Luke:3:17 @ whose fan [is] in his hand, and he will thoroughly purge his [threshing] floor and will gather the wheat into his storehouse, but the chaff he will burn with fire unquenchable.

jub@Luke:4:28 @ And all those in the synagogue, when they heard these things, were filled with wrath

jub@Luke:4:32 @ And they were astonished at his doctrine, for his word was with power.

jub@Luke:4:33 @ And in the synagogue there was a man who had a spirit of an unclean demon and cried out with a loud voice,

jub@Luke:4:34 @ saying, Let [us] alone; what have we to do with thee, [thou] Jesus of Nazareth? Art thou come to destroy us? I know thee who thou art: the Holy One of God.

jub@Luke:4:36 @ And they were all amazed and spoke among themselves, saying, What word [is] this! For with authority and power he commands the unclean spirits, and they come out.

jub@Luke:4:38 @ And he arose out of the synagogue, and entered into Simon's house. And Simon's wife's mother was taken with a great fever, and they besought him for her.

jub@Luke:4:40 @ Now when the sun was setting, all those who had anyone sick with diverse diseases brought them unto him, and laying his hands on each one of them, he healed them.

jub@Luke:5:9 @ For he was overcome with fear, and all that [were] with him, at the catch of the fishes which they had taken;

jub@Luke:5:10 @ and likewise James and John, the sons of Zebedee, who were partners with Simon. And Jesus said unto Simon, Fear not; from now on thou shalt catch men.

jub@Luke:5:16 @ But he withdrew himself into the wilderness and prayed.

jub@Luke:5:19 @ And when they could not find any way they might bring him in because of the multitude, they went upon the housetop and let him down through the tiling with [his] couch into the midst before Jesus.

jub@Luke:5:26 @ And they were all amazed, and they glorified God and were filled with fear, saying, We have seen marvels today.

jub@Luke:5:29 @ And Levi made a great banquet in his own house and there was a great company of publicans and of others that sat down at the table with them.

jub@Luke:5:30 @ But their scribes and Pharisees murmured against his disciples, saying, Why do ye eat and drink with publicans and sinners?

jub@Luke:5:34 @ And he said unto them, Can ye make the sons of the bridechamber fast while the bridegroom is with them?

jub@Luke:5:36 @ And he also spoke a parable unto them: No one takes a piece of a new garment to mend an old one; if otherwise, then the new one is rent, and the piece that was [taken] out of the new does not agree with the old.

jub@Luke:6:3 @ And Jesus answering them said, Have ye not read so much as this, what David did, when he and those that were with him were hungry,

jub@Luke:6:4 @ how he went into the house of God and did take and eat the showbread and gave also to those that were with him, which it is not lawful to eat but for the priests alone?

jub@Luke:6:6 @ And it came to pass also on another sabbath that he entered into the synagogue and taught, and a man was there whose right hand was withered.

jub@Luke:6:8 @ But he knew their thoughts and said to the man who had the withered hand, Rise up and stand forth in the midst. And he arose and stood forth.

jub@Luke:6:11 @ And they were filled with madness and talked one with another [about] what they might do to Jesus.

jub@Luke:6:17 @ And he came down with them and stood in the plain, and the company of his disciples and a great multitude of people out of all Judaea and Jerusalem and from the sea coast of Tyre and Sidon, who came to hear him and to be healed of their diseases;

jub@Luke:6:18 @ and those that were tormented with unclean spirits were healed.

jub@Luke:6:38 @ give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down and shaken together and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye measure out it shall be measured to you again.

jub@Luke:6:49 @ But he that hears and does not do is like a man that built a house upon the earth without a foundation against which the river beat vehemently, and immediately it fell; and the ruin of that house was great.:

jub@Luke:7:6 @ Then Jesus went with them. And when he was now not far from the house, the centurion sent friends to him, saying unto him, Lord, trouble not thyself, for I am not worthy that thou should enter under my roof;

jub@Luke:7:11 @ And it came to pass the day after that he went into a city called Nain, and many of his disciples went with him, and many people.

jub@Luke:7:12 @ Now when he came near to the gate of the city, behold, there was a dead man carried out, the only son of his mother, and she was a widow; and many people from the city were with her.

jub@Luke:7:29 @ And all the people that heard [him] and the publicans justified God, being baptized with the baptism of John.

jub@Luke:7:36 @ And one of the Pharisees asked him if he would eat with him. And he went into the Pharisee's house and sat down to food.

jub@Luke:7:38 @ and stood at his feet behind [him] weeping and began to wash his feet with tears and wiped [them] with the hairs of her head and kissed his feet and anointed [them] with the ointment.

jub@Luke:7:39 @ Now when the Pharisee who had invited him saw [it], he spoke within himself, saying, This man, if he were a prophet, would have known who and what manner of woman [this is] that touches him, for she is a sinner.

jub@Luke:7:44 @ And he turned to the woman and said unto Simon, Seest thou this woman? I entered into thy house, thou didst give me no water for my feet; but she has washed my feet with tears and wiped [them] with the hairs of her head.

jub@Luke:7:46 @ Thou didst not anoint my head with oil; but this woman has anointed my feet with ointment.

jub@Luke:7:49 @ And those that sat at food with him began to say within themselves, Who is this that forgives sins also?

jub@Luke:8:1 @ And it came to pass afterward that he went throughout every city and village, preaching and announcing the gospel of the kingdom of God, and the twelve with him,

jub@Luke:8:6 @ And some fell upon the rock, and as soon as it was sprung up, it withered away because it lacked moisture.

jub@Luke:8:7 @ And some fell among thorns, and the thorns sprang up with it and choked it.

jub@Luke:8:13 @ Those on the rock [are] those that when they hear, receive the word with joy, but these have no root, who for a while believe and in time of temptation fall away.

jub@Luke:8:14 @ And that which fell among thorns are those who when they have heard go forth and are choked with cares and riches and pleasures of [this] life and bring no fruit to perfection.

jub@Luke:8:15 @ But that on the good ground are those who in an honest and good heart, having heard the word, keep [it] and bring forth fruit with patience.

jub@Luke:8:16 @ No one when they have lighted a lamp cover it with a vessel or put [it] under a bed, but set [it] on a candlestick, that those who enter in may see the light.

jub@Luke:8:22 @ Now it came to pass on a certain day, that he went into a ship with his disciples, and he said unto them, Let us go over unto the other side of the lake. And they launched forth.

jub@Luke:8:23 @ But as they sailed, he fell asleep; and there came down a storm of wind on the lake; and they were being filled [with] [water] and were in jeopardy.

jub@Luke:8:28 @ When he saw Jesus, he cried out and fell down before him and with a loud voice said, What have I to do with thee, Jesus, [thou] Son of God most high? I beseech thee, torment me not.

jub@Luke:8:29 @ (For he had commanded the unclean spirit to come out of the man. For oftentimes it had caught him, and he was kept bound with chains and in fetters, and he broke the bands and was driven of the demon into the wilderness.)

jub@Luke:8:37 @ Then the whole multitude of the country of the Gadarenes round about besought him to depart from them, for they were taken with great fear; and he went up into the ship and returned back again.

jub@Luke:8:38 @ Now the man out of whom the demons were departed besought him that he might be with him, but Jesus sent him away, saying,

jub@Luke:8:45 @ Then Jesus said, Who touched me? When all denied, Peter and those that were with him said, Master, the multitude throng thee and press [thee], and sayest thou, Who touched me?

jub@Luke:9:18 @ And it came to pass as he was alone praying, his disciples were with him, and he asked them, saying, Who do the people say that I am?

jub@Luke:9:30 @ And, behold, two men talked with him, who were Moses and Elijah,

jub@Luke:9:32 @ But Peter and those that were with him were heavy with sleep, and when they awoke, they saw his glory and the two men that stood with him.

jub@Luke:9:39 @ And, behold, a spirit takes him, and he suddenly cries out; and it throws him into convulsions with foaming, and with difficulty it departs from him, bruising him.

jub@Luke:9:41 @ And Jesus answering said, O faithless and perverse generation, how long shall I be with you and suffer you? Bring thy son here.

jub@Luke:9:49 @ And John answered and said, Master, we saw one casting out demons in thy name; and we forbade him, because he does not follow with us.

jub@Luke:10:11 @ Even the very dust of your city which cleaves on us we do wipe off against you; notwithstanding be ye sure of this that the kingdom of God is come near unto you.

jub@Luke:10:17 @ And the seventy returned again with joy, saying, Lord, even the demons are subject unto us in thy name.

jub@Luke:10:20 @ Notwithstanding, rejoice not in this, that the spirits are subject unto you, but rather rejoice because your names are written in the heavens.

jub@Luke:10:27 @ And he answering said, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart and with all thy soul and with all thy strength and with all thy understanding, and thy neighbour as thyself.

jub@Luke:10:33 @ But a certain Samaritan, as he journeyed, came where he was; and when he saw him, he was moved with compassion

jub@Luke:11:7 @ And he from within shall answer and say, Trouble me not; the door is now shut, and my children are with me in bed; I cannot rise and give thee.

jub@Luke:11:20 @ But if I with the finger of God cast out the demons, certainly the kingdom of God is come upon you.

jub@Luke:11:23 @ He that is not with me is against me, and he that does not gather with me scatters.

jub@Luke:11:32 @ The men of Nineve shall rise up in the judgment with this generation, and shall condemn it, for they repented at the preaching of Jonah; and, behold, a greater than Jonah [is] here.

jub@Luke:11:37 @ And as he spoke, a certain Pharisee besought him to dine with him, and he went in and sat down to food.

jub@Luke:11:40 @ [Ye] fools, did not he that made that which is without make that which is within also?

jub@Luke:11:46 @ And he said, Woe unto you also, [ye] lawyers! for ye burden men with burdens grievous to be borne, and ye yourselves touch not the burdens with one of your fingers.

jub@Luke:12:13 @ And one of the crowd said unto him, Master, speak to my brother, that he divide the inheritance with me.

jub@Luke:12:17 @ and he thought within himself, saying, What shall I do because I have no room where to bestow my fruits?

jub@Luke:12:25 @ And which of you with taking thought can add to his stature one cubit?

jub@Luke:12:46 @ the lord of that servant will come in a day when he does not look for [him] and at an hour when he is not aware and will cut him off and will appoint him his portion with the unfaithful.

jub@Luke:12:47 @ And that servant who knew his lord's will and prepared not [himself], neither did according to his will, shall be beaten with many [stripes].

jub@Luke:12:48 @ But he that knew not and did commit things worthy of stripes shall be beaten with few [stripes]. For unto whomsoever much is given, of him shall much be required; and to whom much was committed, more will be asked of him.

jub@Luke:12:50 @ But I have a baptism to be baptized with, and how I am anguished until it is accomplished!

jub@Luke:12:58 @ When thou goest with thine adversary to the magistrate, [as thou art] in the way, give diligence that thou may be delivered from him, lest he drag thee away to the judge, and the judge deliver thee to the officer, and the officer cast thee into prison.

jub@Luke:13:1 @ There were present at the same time some that told him of the Galilaeans whose blood Pilate had mingled with his sacrifices.

jub@Luke:13:14 @ And the prince of the synagogue answered with indignation because Jesus had healed on the sabbath, and said unto the people, There are six days in which it behooves [men] to work; in them therefore come and be healed, and not on the sabbath day.

jub@Luke:13:25 @ When once the husband of the house is risen up and shall have shut the door, and ye begin to stand without and to knock at the door, saying, Lord, Lord, open unto us; and he shall answer and say unto you, I know you not from where ye are,

jub@Luke:14:9 @ and he that called thee and him come and say to thee, Give this man place, and thou begin with shame to have the lowest place.

jub@Luke:14:10 @ But when thou art called, go and sit down in the lowest place that when he that invited thee comes, he may say unto thee, Friend, come up higher; then shalt thou have glory in the presence of those that sit [at the table] with thee.

jub@Luke:14:15 @ And when one of those that sat [at the table] with him heard these things, he said unto him, Blessed [is] he that shall eat bread in the kingdom of God.

jub@Luke:14:18 @ And they all with one [consent] began to make excuse. The first said unto him, I have bought a field, and I have need to go and see it; I pray thee have me excused.

jub@Luke:14:25 @ And great multitudes went with him, and he turned and said unto them,

jub@Luke:14:31 @ Or what king going to make war against another king does not sit down first and consult whether he is able with ten thousand to meet him that comes against him with twenty thousand?

jub@Luke:14:34 @ Salt [is] good; but if the salt has lost its savour, with what shall it be seasoned?

jub@Luke:15:2 @ And the Pharisees and scribes murmured, saying, This man receives sinners and eats with them.

jub@Luke:15:6 @ And when he comes home, he calls together [his] friends and neighbours, saying unto them, Rejoice with me, for I have found my sheep which was lost.

jub@Luke:15:9 @ And when she has found [it], she calls [her] friends and [her] neighbours together, saying, Rejoice with me, for I have found the drachma which I had lost.

jub@Luke:15:13 @ And not many days after, the younger son gathered all together and took his journey into a far country and there wasted his estate with riotous living.

jub@Luke:15:16 @ And he longed to fill his belly with the husks that the swine ate, but no one gave [them] unto him.

jub@Luke:15:17 @ And when he came to himself, he said, How many hired servants of my father's have abundance of bread, and I perish [here] with hunger!

jub@Luke:15:20 @ And he arose and came to his father. But when he was yet a great way off, his father saw him and was moved with compassion and ran and fell on his neck and kissed him.

jub@Luke:15:29 @ And he, answering, said to [his] father, Behold, these many years I have served thee, neither at any time have I transgressed thy commandment; and yet thou never gavest me a kid that I might make merry with my friends.

jub@Luke:15:30 @ But as soon as this thy son was come who has devoured thy living with harlots, thou hast killed the fatted calf for him.

jub@Luke:15:31 @ And he said unto him, Son, thou art always with me, and all that I have is thine.

jub@Luke:16:3 @ Then the steward said within himself, What shall I do? for my lord takes the stewardship away from me; I cannot dig, [and] I am ashamed to beg.

jub@Luke:16:9 @ And I say unto you, Make friends unto yourselves with the mammon of unrighteousness; that, when these fail, you may be received into eternal dwellings.

jub@Luke:16:10 @ He that is faithful with little is faithful also with much, and he that is unjust with little is unjust also with much.

jub@Luke:16:21 @ and desiring to be fed with the crumbs which fell from the rich man's table: moreover the dogs came and licked his sores.

jub@Luke:17:8 @ And will not rather say unto him, Make ready wherewith I may sup and gird thyself and serve me until I have eaten and drunken, and afterward thou shalt eat and drink?

jub@Luke:17:15 @ Then one of them, when he saw that he was healed, turned back and with a loud voice glorified God

jub@Luke:17:20 @ And when he was asked of the Pharisees when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God does not come with observation;

jub@Luke:17:21 @ neither shall they say, Behold it here! or, Behold it there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.

jub@Luke:18:4 @ And he would not for a while, but afterward he said within himself, Though I do not fear God, nor regard man,

jub@Luke:18:11 @ The Pharisee stood and prayed thus with himself, God, I thank thee that I am not as other men [are]: extortioners, unjust, adulterers, or even as this publican.

jub@Luke:18:27 @ And he said, The things which are impossible with men are possible with God.

jub@Luke:19:7 @ And when they saw [it], they all murmured, saying, That he was gone to be guest with a man that is a sinner.

jub@Luke:19:23 @ why then didst thou not give my money into the bank, that at my coming I might have required my own with interest?

jub@Luke:19:37 @ And when he was come near, even now at the descent of the mount of Olives, the whole multitude of the disciples began to rejoice and praise God with a loud voice for all the mighty works that they had seen,

jub@Luke:19:44 @ and shall cast thee down to the ground and thy children within thee, and they shall not leave in thee one stone upon another because thou knewest not the time of thy visitation.

jub@Luke:20:1 @ And it came to pass [that] on one of those days as he taught the people in the temple and preached the gospel, the princes of the priests and the scribes came upon [him] with the elders

jub@Luke:20:5 @ And they reasoned with themselves, saying, If we shall say, From heaven, he will say, Why then did ye not believe him?

jub@Luke:20:21 @ And they asked him, saying, Master, we know that thou sayest and teachest rightly, neither dost thou accept the person [of any], but teachest the way of God with truth;

jub@Luke:20:28 @ saying, Master, Moses wrote unto us, If any man's brother dies, having a wife, and he dies without children, that his brother should take his wife and raise up seed unto his brother.

jub@Luke:20:29 @ There were therefore seven brethren, and the first took a wife and died without children.

jub@Luke:21:5 @ And as some spoke of the temple, how it was adorned with goodly stones and gifts, he said,

jub@Luke:21:20 @ And when ye shall see Jerusalem compassed with armies, then know that the desolation thereof is near.

jub@Luke:21:23 @ But woe unto those that are with child and to those that give suck in those days! For there shall be great distress in the land and wrath upon this people.

jub@Luke:21:25 @ Then there shall be signs in the sun and in the moon and in the stars, and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring;

jub@Luke:21:27 @ And then they shall see the Son of man coming in a cloud with power and great glory.

jub@Luke:21:34 @ And take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with excess and drunkenness and cares of this life, and so that day come upon you unawares.

jub@Luke:22:4 @ And he went and spoke with the princes of the priests and captains, how he might betray him unto them.

jub@Luke:22:11 @ And ye shall say unto the husband of the house, The Master saith unto thee, Where is the guestchamber where I shall eat the passover [lamb] with my disciples?

jub@Luke:22:14 @ And when the hour was come, he sat down [at the table], and the twelve apostles with him.

jub@Luke:22:15 @ And he said unto them, With desire I have greatly desired to eat this passover [lamb] with you before I suffer;

jub@Luke:22:21 @ But with all this, behold, the hand of him that betrays me [is] with me on the table.

jub@Luke:22:28 @ But ye are those who have continued with me in my temptations.

jub@Luke:22:33 @ And he said unto him, Lord, I am ready to go with thee, both into prison and to death.

jub@Luke:22:35 @ And he said unto them, When I sent you without purse and provision bag and shoes, lacked ye anything? And they said, Nothing.

jub@Luke:22:41 @ And he withdrew from them about a stone's cast and kneeled down and prayed,

jub@Luke:22:48 @ But Jesus said unto him, Judas, betrayest thou the Son of man with a kiss?

jub@Luke:22:49 @ When those who were about him saw what would follow, they said unto him, Lord, shall we smite with the sword?

jub@Luke:22:52 @ Then Jesus said unto the princes of the priests and captains of the temple and the elders, who were come to him, Are ye come out as against a thief with swords and staves?

jub@Luke:22:53 @ When I was daily with you in the temple, ye stretched forth no hands against me; but this is your hour, and the power of darkness.

jub@Luke:22:56 @ But a certain maid beheld him as he sat by the fire and earnestly looked upon him and said, This man was also with him.

jub@Luke:22:59 @ And about the space of one hour after, another confidently affirmed, saying, Of a truth this [fellow] also was with him, for he is a Galilaean.

jub@Luke:23:9 @ Then he questioned with him in many words, but he answered him nothing.

jub@Luke:23:11 @ And Herod with his court despised him and mocked [him] and arrayed him in a gorgeous robe and sent him again to Pilate.

jub@Luke:23:18 @ And they cried out all at once, saying, Away with this [man], and release unto us Barabbas

jub@Luke:23:23 @ And they insisted with loud voices, asking that he be crucified. And the voices of them and of the princes of the priests prevailed.

jub@Luke:23:32 @ And there were also two others, malefactors, led with him to be put to death.

jub@Luke:23:35 @ And the people stood beholding. And the princes also with them derided [him], saying, He saved others; let him save himself if he is the Christ, the chosen of God.

jub@Luke:23:43 @ And Jesus said unto him, Verily I say unto thee, Today shalt thou be with me in paradise.

jub@Luke:23:46 @ Then Jesus cried out with a loud voice and said, Father, into thy hands I commend my spirit; and having said thus, he gave up the spirit.

jub@Luke:23:55 @ And the women who had come with him from Galilee also followed after and beheld the sepulchre and how his body was laid.

jub@Luke:24:1 @ Now upon the first of the sabbaths, very early in the morning they came unto the sepulchre, bringing the spices which they had prepared, and certain [others] with them.

jub@Luke:24:10 @ It was Mary Magdalene and Joanna and Mary [the mother] of James and other [women that were] with them who told these things unto the apostles.

jub@Luke:24:15 @ And it came to pass, that, while they communed [together] and reasoned, Jesus himself drew near and went together with them.

jub@Luke:24:24 @ And certain of those who were with us went to the sepulchre, and found [it] even so as the women had said; but they did not see him.

jub@Luke:24:29 @ But they constrained him, saying, Abide with us, for it is toward evening, and the day is far spent. And he went in to tarry with them.

jub@Luke:24:30 @ And it came to pass as he sat [at the table] with them, he took bread and blessed [it] and broke and gave to them.

jub@Luke:24:32 @ And they said one to another, Did not our heart burn within us while he talked with us in the way and while he opened to us the scriptures?

jub@Luke:24:33 @ And they rose up the same hour and returned to Jerusalem and found the eleven gathered together and those that were with them,

jub@Luke:24:44 @ And he said unto them, These [are] the words which I spoke unto you, while I was yet with you, that all things must be fulfilled which were written in the law of Moses and [in] the prophets and [in] the psalms, concerning me.

jub@Luke:24:49 @ And, behold, I shall send the promise of my Father upon you, but tarry ye in the city of Jerusalem until ye are endued with power from on high.

jub@Luke:24:52 @ And they worshipped him and returned to Jerusalem with great joy

jub@John:1:1 @ In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with the God, and the Word was God.

jub@John:1:2 @ The same was in the beginning with the God.

jub@John:1:3 @ All things were made by him, and without him was not any thing made that was made.

jub@John:1:26 @ John answered them, saying, I baptize with water, but there stands one among you, whom ye know not;

jub@John:1:31 @ And I knew him not; but that he should be made manifest to Israel, therefore am I come baptizing with water.

jub@John:1:33 @ And I knew him not; but he that sent me to baptize with water, the same said unto me, Upon whom thou shalt see the Spirit descending and abiding on him, the same is he who baptizes with the Holy Spirit.

jub@John:1:39 @ He said unto them, Come and see. They came and saw where he dwelt and abode with him that day, for it was about the tenth hour.

jub@John:2:4 @ Jesus said unto her, Woman, what have I to do with thee? My hour is not yet come.

jub@John:2:7 @ Jesus said unto them, Fill the waterpots with water. And they filled them up to the brim.

jub@John:3:2 @ the same came to Jesus by night and said unto him, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from God, for no one can do these signs that thou doest unless God is with him.

jub@John:3:22 @ After these things Jesus and his disciples came into the land of Judaea, and he tarried there with them and baptized.

jub@John:3:26 @ And they came unto John and said unto him, Rabbi, he that was with thee beyond Jordan of whom thou gave witness, behold, the same baptizes, and all [men] come to him.

jub@John:4:6 @ Now Jacob's well was there. Jesus, therefore, being wearied with [his] journey, sat thus on the well; [and] it was about the sixth hour.

jub@John:4:9 @ Then said the Samaritan woman unto him, How is it that thou, being a Jew, askest drink of me, who am a woman of Samaria? for the Jews have no dealings with the Samaritans.

jub@John:4:11 @ The woman said unto him, Sir, thou hast nothing to draw with, and the well is deep; from where then hast thou that living water?

jub@John:4:18 @ for thou hast had five husbands, and he whom thou now hast is not thy husband; this hast thou said with truth.

jub@John:4:27 @ And upon this came his disciples and marvelled that he talked with [that] woman; yet no one said, What askest thou? or, What talkest thou with her?

jub@John:4:40 @ So when the Samaritans were come unto him, they asked him to abide with them; and he abode there two days.

jub@John:5:3 @ In these lay a great multitude of those who were sick, blind, halt, withered, waiting for the moving of the water.

jub@John:5:18 @ Therefore the Jews sought the more to kill him, because he not only had broken the sabbath but also called God his own Father, making himself equal with God.

jub@John:5:19 @ Then Jesus answered and said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, The Son can do nothing of himself but what he sees the Father do; for all that he does, this also the Son does together with [him].

jub@John:6:3 @ And Jesus went up into a mountain, and he sat there with his disciples.

jub@John:6:13 @ Therefore they gathered [them] together and filled twelve baskets with the fragments of the five barley loaves which were left over from those that had eaten.

jub@John:6:22 @ The day following when the multitude which was on the other side of the sea saw that there was no other boat there except the one in which his disciples had entered and that Jesus had not gone with his disciples into the boat, but [that] his disciples had gone away alone

jub@John:6:66 @ After this, many of his disciples went back and walked no more with him.

jub@John:7:23 @ If a man on the sabbath day receives circumcision without the law of Moses being broken, are ye angry at me because I have made a man entirely whole on the sabbath day?

jub@John:7:24 @ Judge not according to the appearance, but judge [with] righteous judgment.

jub@John:7:33 @ Then Jesus said unto them, Yet a little while I shall be with you, and [then] I shall go unto him that sent me.

jub@John:8:6 @ This they said, tempting him, that they might be able to accuse him. But Jesus stooped down and with [his] finger wrote on the ground.

jub@John:8:7 @ So when they continued asking him, he lifted himself up and said unto them, He that is without sin among you, let him [be] the first to cast a stone at her.

jub@John:8:29 @ And he that sent me is with me: the Father has not left me alone, for I always do those things that please him.

jub@John:8:38 @ I speak that which I have seen with my Father, and ye do that which ye have seen with your father.

jub@John:9:6 @ When he had thus spoken, he spat on the ground and made clay of the spittle, and he anointed the eyes of the blind man with the clay

jub@John:9:37 @ And Jesus said unto him, Thou hast seen him, and it is he that talks with thee.

jub@John:9:40 @ And [some] of the Pharisees who were with him heard these words and said unto him, Are we blind also?

jub@John:11:2 @ (It was [that] Mary who anointed the Lord with ointment and wiped his feet with her hair whose brother Lazarus was sick.)

jub@John:11:16 @ Then Thomas said, who is called Didymus, unto his fellowdisciples, Let us go also, that we may die with him.

jub@John:11:31 @ Then the Jews who were with her in the house and comforted her, when they saw Mary, that she rose up hastily and went out, followed her, saying, She goes unto the grave to weep there.

jub@John:11:33 @ When Jesus therefore saw her weeping and the Jews also weeping who came with her, he became enraged in [the] Spirit and stirred himself up

jub@John:11:43 @ And having said these things, he cried with a loud voice, Lazarus, come forth.

jub@John:11:44 @ Then he that had been dead came forth, bound hand and foot with graveclothes, and his face was bound about with a napkin. Jesus said unto them, Loose him, and let him go.

jub@John:11:54 @ Jesus therefore no longer walked openly among the Jews, but went from there unto a country near to the wilderness into a city called Ephraim and there continued with his disciples.

jub@John:12:2 @ There they made him a supper; and Martha served, but Lazarus was one of those that sat at the table with him.

jub@John:12:3 @ Then Mary took a pound of ointment of spikenard, very costly, and anointed the feet of Jesus and wiped his feet with her hair; and the house was filled with the odour of the ointment.

jub@John:12:8 @ for the poor ye always have with you, but ye shall not always have me.

jub@John:12:17 @ The multitude, therefore, that was with him when he called Lazarus out of his grave and raised him from the dead, bore witness.

jub@John:12:35 @ Then Jesus said unto them, Yet a little while is the Light with you. Walk while ye have the light, lest darkness come upon you; for he that walks in darkness does not know where he goes.

jub@John:12:40 @ He has blinded their eyes and hardened their heart, that they should not see with [their] eyes nor understand with [their] heart and be converted, and I should heal them.

jub@John:13:5 @ After that, he poured water into a basin and began to wash the disciples' feet and to wipe [them] with the towel with which he was girded.

jub@John:13:8 @ Peter said unto him, Thou shalt never wash my feet. Jesus answered him, If I wash thee not, thou shalt have no part with me.

jub@John:13:18 @ I speak not of you all; I know whom I have chosen; but that the scripture may be fulfilled, He that eats bread with me has lifted up his heel against me,

jub@John:13:33 @ Little children, yet a little while I am with you. Ye shall seek me; and as I said unto the Jews, Where I go, ye cannot come, so now I say to you.

jub@John:14:9 @ Jesus said unto him, Have I been [such a] long time with you, and yet thou hast not known me, Philip? He that has seen me has seen the Father; and how sayest thou [then], Show us the Father?

jub@John:14:16 @ and I will ask the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever,

jub@John:14:17 @ [even] the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive because it does not see him, or know him; but ye know him, for he dwells with you and shall be in you.

jub@John:14:23 @ Jesus answered and said unto him, He who loves me will keep my words, and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him and make our abode with him.

jub@John:14:25 @ I have spoken these things unto you, being [yet] present with you.

jub@John:14:27 @ Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you; not as the world gives, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.

jub@John:14:30 @ Hereafter I will not talk much with you, for the prince of this world comes and has nothing in me.

jub@John:15:5 @ I AM the vine, ye [are] the branches: he that abides in me, and I in him, the same brings forth much fruit; for without me ye can do nothing.

jub@John:15:6 @ He who does not abide in me shall be cast forth as an [unsound] branch and shall wither, and they are gathered and cast into the fire and are burned.

jub@John:15:25 @ But [this comes to pass] that the word might be fulfilled that is written in their law, They hated me without a cause.

jub@John:15:27 @ and ye also shall bear witness because ye have been with me from the beginning.:

jub@John:16:4 @ But I have told you these things that when that hour shall come, ye may remember that I told you of them. And I did not say these things unto you at the beginning because I was with you.

jub@John:16:32 @ Behold, the hour comes and is now come, that ye shall be scattered, each one to his own, and shall leave me alone; and yet I am not alone, because the Father is with me.

jub@John:17:5 @ And now, O Father, clarify thou me with thine own self with that clarity which I had with thee before the world was.

jub@John:17:12 @ While I was with them in the world, I kept them in thy name; those that thou gavest me I have kept, and none of them is lost, but the son of perdition, that the scripture might be fulfilled.

jub@John:17:24 @ Father, I will that they also, whom thou hast given me, be with me where I am, that they may behold my clarity, which thou hast given me, for thou hast loved me from before the foundation of the world.

jub@John:17:26 @ And I have manifested unto them thy name and will manifest it still, that the love with which thou hast loved me may be in them, and I in them.:

jub@John:18:1 @ When Jesus had spoken these things, he went forth with his disciples over the brook Cedron, where there was a garden, into which he entered, and his disciples.

jub@John:18:2 @ And Judas also, who betrayed him, knew the place: for Jesus gathered there often with his disciples.

jub@John:18:3 @ Judas then, taking a company of soldiers and ministers of the high priests and of the Pharisees, came there with lanterns and torches and weapons.

jub@John:18:5 @ They answered him, Jesus of Nazareth. Jesus said unto them, I AM. And Judas also, who betrayed him, stood with them.

jub@John:18:15 @ And Simon Peter followed Jesus, and [so did] another disciple; that disciple was known unto the high priest and went in with Jesus into the palace of the high priest.

jub@John:18:16 @ But Peter stood at the door without. Then that other disciple, who was known unto the high priest, went out and spoke unto her that kept the door and brought in Peter.

jub@John:18:18 @ And the servants and ministers stood there, who had made a fire of coals, for it was cold, and they warmed themselves; and Peter stood with them and warmed himself.

jub@John:18:22 @ And when he had thus spoken, one of the servants who stood by struck Jesus with the palm of his hand, saying, Answerest thou the high priest so?

jub@John:18:26 @ One of the servants of the high priest, kinsman of the one whose ear Peter had cut off, said, Did I not see thee in the garden with him?

jub@John:19:3 @ and said, Hail, King of the Jews! and they smote him with their hands.

jub@John:19:15 @ But they cried out, Away with [him], away with [him], crucify him. Pilate said unto them, Shall I crucify your King? The high priests answered, We have no king but Caesar.

jub@John:19:18 @ where they crucified him and two others with him, one on either side and Jesus in the middle.

jub@John:19:23 @ Then the soldiers, when they had crucified Jesus, took his garments and made four parts (to each soldier a part); and also [his] coat: now the coat was without seam, woven from the top throughout.

jub@John:19:29 @ Now there was set a vessel full of vinegar, and they filled a sponge with vinegar and put [it] upon hyssop and put [it] to his mouth.

jub@John:19:32 @ Then the soldiers came and broke the legs of the first and of the other who were crucified with him.

jub@John:19:34 @ but one of the soldiers with a spear pierced his side, and forthwith blood and water came out.

jub@John:19:40 @ And they took the body of Jesus and wound it in linen clothes with the spices, as is the manner of the Jews to bury.

jub@John:20:7 @ and the napkin, that had been [placed] over his head, not lying with the linen clothes, but wrapped together in a place by itself.

jub@John:20:24 @ But Thomas, one of the twelve, called Didymus, was not with them when Jesus came.

jub@John:20:26 @ And again eight days later, his disciples were within and Thomas with them; [then] Jesus came, the doors being shut, and stood in the midst and said, Peace [be] unto you.

jub@John:21:3 @ Simon Peter said unto them, I am going fishing. They said unto him, Let us also go with thee. They went forth and entered into a ship immediately, and that night they caught nothing.

jub@John:21:8 @ And the other disciples came in the [little] ship (for they were not far from land, but as it were two hundred cubits), dragging the net with [the] fishes.

jub@Acts:1:14 @ These all continued with one accord in prayer and supplication, with the women and Mary, the mother of Jesus, and with his brethren.

jub@Acts:1:17 @ For he was numbered with us, and had obtained a lot [or inheritance] of this ministry.

jub@Acts:1:18 @ He, therefore, purchased a field with the reward of [his] iniquity; and hanging himself, he burst asunder in the midst, and all his bowels gushed out.

jub@Acts:1:22 @ beginning from the baptism of John unto that same day that he was received on high from [among] us, that one must be ordained to be a witness with us of his resurrection.

jub@Acts:1:26 @ And they gave forth their lots, and the lot fell upon Matthias, and he was numbered with the eleven apostles.:

jub@Acts:2:1 @ And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place.

jub@Acts:2:4 @ And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.

jub@Acts:2:8 @ And how do we hear each one [speak] in our own tongue, with which we were brought up?

jub@Acts:2:14 @ Then Peter, standing up with the eleven, lifted up his voice and said unto them, Ye men of Judaea and all [ye] that dwell in Jerusalem, be this known unto you and hearken to my words;

jub@Acts:2:28 @ Thou hast made known to me the ways of life; thou shalt make me full of joy with thy countenance.

jub@Acts:2:29 @ Men [and] brethren, let me freely speak unto you of the patriarch David, that he is both dead and buried, and his sepulchre is with us unto this day.

jub@Acts:2:30 @ Therefore being a prophet and knowing that God had sworn with an oath to him that of the fruit of his loins, according to the flesh, he would raise up the Christ to sit on his throne;

jub@Acts:2:40 @ And with many other words he testified and exhorted, saying, Be saved from this perverse generation.

jub@Acts:2:46 @ And they, continuing daily with one accord in the temple and breaking bread from house to house, [they] ate their food together with gladness and singleness of heart,

jub@Acts:2:47 @ praising God and having grace with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved.:

jub@Acts:3:4 @ And Peter, fastening his eyes upon him with John, said, Look on us.

jub@Acts:3:8 @ And he, leaping up, stood and walked and entered with them into the temple, walking and leaping and praising God.

jub@Acts:3:10 @ and they knew that it was he who sat for alms at the Beautiful gate of the temple, and they were filled with wonder and amazement at that which had happened unto him.

jub@Acts:3:25 @ Ye are the sons of the prophets and of the covenant which God made with our fathers, saying unto Abraham, And in thy seed shall all the families of the earth be blessed.

jub@Acts:4:8 @ Then Peter, filled with the Holy Spirit, said unto them, Ye princes of the people and elders of Israel,

jub@Acts:4:13 @ Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John and perceived that they were unlearned and ignorant men, they marvelled, and they took knowledge of them that they had been with Jesus.

jub@Acts:4:14 @ And beholding the man who was healed standing with them, they could say nothing against it.

jub@Acts:4:24 @ And when they heard that, they lifted up their voice to God with one accord and said, Lord, thou [art the] God, who hast made the heaven and the earth and the sea and all that is in them,

jub@Acts:4:27 @ For of a truth against thy holy servant Jesus, whom thou hast anointed, both Herod and Pontius Pilate, with the Gentiles and the people of Israel, were gathered together (in this city),

jub@Acts:4:29 @ And now, Lord, behold their threatenings and grant unto thy servants that with all boldness they may speak thy word,

jub@Acts:4:31 @ And when they had prayed, the place was shaken where they were assembled together; and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit, and they spoke the word of God with boldness.

jub@Acts:4:33 @ And with great power the apostles gave witness of the resurrection of the Lord Jesus, and great grace was upon them all.

jub@Acts:5:1 @ But a certain man named Ananias, with Sapphira his wife, sold a possession

jub@Acts:5:12 @ And by the hands of the apostles many signs and wonders were wrought in the people. (And they were all with one accord in Solomon's porch.

jub@Acts:5:16 @ There came also a multitude [out] of the cities round about unto Jerusalem, bringing sick folks and those who were tormented with unclean spirits, and they were healed every one.

jub@Acts:5:17 @ Then the prince of the priests rose up, and all those that were with him (which is the sect of the Sadducees) were filled with jealousy

jub@Acts:5:21 @ And when they heard [that], they entered into the temple early in the morning and taught. In the meantime, the prince of the priests came, and those that were with him, and called the council together and all the elders of the sons of Israel, and sent to the prison to have them brought.

jub@Acts:5:23 @ saying, We certainly found the prison shut with all security and the keepers standing outside before the doors, but when we had opened, we found no one within.

jub@Acts:5:26 @ Then the captain with the officers went and brought them without violence, for they feared being stoned by the people.

jub@Acts:5:28 @ saying, Did we not strictly command you that ye should not teach in this name? and, behold, ye have filled Jerusalem with your doctrine and intend to bring this man's blood upon us.

jub@Acts:5:31 @ God has exalted him with his right hand as Prince and Saviour, to give repentance to Israel and forgiveness of sins.

jub@Acts:5:37 @ After this man rose up Judas of Galilee in the days of the taxing and drew away many people after him; he also perished, and all those that consented with him were dispersed.

jub@Acts:5:40 @ And they agreed with him; and when they had called the apostles and beaten [them], they commanded that they should not speak in the name of Jesus and let them go.

jub@Acts:6:9 @ Then there arose certain of the synagogue, which is called [the synagogue] of the Libertines, and Cyrenians and Alexandrians and of those of Cilicia and of Asia, disputing with Stephen.

jub@Acts:7:9 @ And the patriarchs, moved with envy, sold Joseph into Egypt, but God was with him

jub@Acts:7:19 @ The same dealt subtly with our kindred and mistreated our fathers so that they exposed their babies [to death], to the end that the generation would cease.

jub@Acts:7:38 @ This is he, who was in the church in the wilderness with the angel who spoke to him in the mount Sinai and [with] our fathers, who received the oracles of life to give unto us;

jub@Acts:7:42 @ Then God withdrew and gave them up to worship the host of the heaven; as it is written in the book of the prophets, O ye house of Israel, have ye offered to me slain beasts and sacrifices [by the space of] forty years in the wilderness?

jub@Acts:7:45 @ which also our fathers that came after brought in with Jesus into the possession of the Gentiles, whom God drove out before the face of our fathers unto the days of David,

jub@Acts:7:48 @ Howbeit the most High does not dwell in temples made with hands, as saith the prophet,

jub@Acts:7:54 @ When they heard these things, they were divided in their hearts and gnashed on him with [their] teeth.

jub@Acts:7:57 @ And crying out with a loud voice, they stopped their ears and ran upon him with one accord;

jub@Acts:7:60 @ And he kneeled down and cried with a loud voice, Lord, impute not this sin to their charge. And having said this, he fell asleep in the Lord.:

jub@Acts:8:6 @ And the people with one accord gave heed unto those things which Philip spoke, hearing and seeing the signs which he did.

jub@Acts:8:7 @ For many unclean spirits, crying with a loud voice, came out of those who were possessed [with them], and many paralytics and that were lame were healed.

jub@Acts:8:11 @ And to him they had regard because for a long time he had amazed them with magic arts.

jub@Acts:8:13 @ Then Simon himself believed also; and when he was baptized, he continued with Philip and wondered, beholding the miracles and signs which were being done.

jub@Acts:8:20 @ But Peter said unto him, Thy money perish with thee because thou hast thought that the gift of God may be purchased with money.

jub@Acts:8:31 @ And he said, How can I, except someone should guide me? And he besought Philip to come up and sit with him.

jub@Acts:8:37 @ And Philip said, If thou dost believe with all thine heart, thou may. And he answered and said, I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God.

jub@Acts:9:7 @ And the men who journeyed with him stood speechless, hearing indeed the voice, but seeing no one.

jub@Acts:9:9 @ where he was three days without sight, and neither ate nor drank.

jub@Acts:9:17 @ Then Ananias went and entered into the house; and putting his hands on him said, Brother Saul, the Lord Jesus who appeared unto thee in the way as thou didst come, has sent me, that thou might receive thy sight and be filled with the Holy Spirit.

jub@Acts:9:19 @ And when he had received food, he was comforted. Then Saul was certain days with the disciples who were at Damascus.

jub@Acts:9:28 @ And he was with them coming in and going out at Jerusalem;

jub@Acts:9:31 @ Then the churches had rest throughout all Judaea and Galilee and Samaria and were edified, walking in the fear of the Lord, and with the comfort of the Holy Spirit they were multiplied.

jub@Acts:9:39 @ Then Peter arose and went with them. When he was come, they brought him into the upper chamber: and all the widows stood by him weeping and showing the coats and garments which Dorcas had made them while she was with them.

jub@Acts:9:43 @ And it came to pass that he tarried many days in Joppa with one Simon a tanner.:

jub@Acts:10:2 @ [a] devout [man] and one that feared God with all his house, who gave many alms to the people and prayed to God always.

jub@Acts:10:6 @ he lodges with one Simon a tanner, whose house is by the sea side; he shall tell thee what it behooves thee to do.

jub@Acts:10:20 @ Arise therefore and get thee down and go with them, doubting nothing; for I have sent them.

jub@Acts:10:23 @ Then he called them in and lodged [them]. And on the morrow Peter went away with them, and certain brethren from Joppa accompanied him.

jub@Acts:10:27 @ And as he talked with him, he went in and found many that were come together.

jub@Acts:10:29 @ Therefore I came [unto you] without doubting, as soon as I was sent for; I ask therefore for what intent ye have sent for me?

jub@Acts:10:38 @ how God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power, who went about doing good and healing all that were oppressed of the devil, for God was with him.

jub@Acts:10:41 @ not to all the people, but unto witnesses chosen before of God, [even] to us, who ate and drank with him after he rose from the dead.

jub@Acts:10:45 @ And those of the circumcision who believed were astonished, as many as came with Peter, that also on the Gentiles the gift of the Holy Spirit was poured out.

jub@Acts:10:46 @ For they heard them speak with tongues and magnify God. Then Peter answered,

jub@Acts:11:2 @ When Peter was come up to Jerusalem, those that were of the circumcision contended with him,

jub@Acts:11:3 @ saying, Why didst thou go in to men uncircumcised and eat with them?

jub@Acts:11:12 @ And the Spirit bade me go with them, doubting nothing. Moreover these six brethren accompanied me, and we entered into the man's house:

jub@Acts:11:17 @ So then, if God gave them the same gift as [he did] unto us, who have believed on the Lord Jesus Christ, who was I, that I should withstand God?

jub@Acts:11:21 @ And the hand of the Lord was with them, and a great number believed and turned unto the Lord.

jub@Acts:11:26 @ And it came to pass that for a whole year they gathered themselves together with the church and taught many people. And the disciples were called Christians first in Antioch.

jub@Acts:12:2 @ And he killed James the brother of John with the sword.

jub@Acts:12:5 @ Peter therefore was kept in the prison, and the church made prayer without unto God for him.

jub@Acts:12:6 @ And when Herod would have brought him forth, the same night Peter was sleeping between two soldiers, bound with two chains, and the guards before the door that kept the prison.

jub@Acts:12:17 @ But he, beckoning unto them with the hand to be silent, declared unto them how the Lord had brought him out of the prison. And he said, Go make these things known unto James and to the brethren. And he departed and went to another place.

jub@Acts:12:20 @ And Herod was highly displeased with those of Tyre and Sidon, but they came with one accord to him, and, having bribed Blastus, the king's chamberlain, they asked for peace because their lands were supplied through those of the king's.

jub@Acts:12:25 @ And Barnabas and Saul returned from Jerusalem, when they had fulfilled [their] ministry, and took with them John, whose surname was Mark.:

jub@Acts:13:1 @ Now there were in the church that was at Antioch prophets and teachers: Barnabas and Simeon that was called Niger and Lucius of Cyrene and Manaen, who had been brought up with Herod the tetrarch, and Saul.

jub@Acts:13:7 @ who was with the proconsul, Sergius Paulus, a prudent man, who called for Barnabas and Saul and desired to hear the word of God.

jub@Acts:13:8 @ But Elymas the wise man (for so is his name by interpretation) withstood them, seeking to turn away the proconsul from the faith.

jub@Acts:13:9 @ Then Saul (who also [is] Paul), filled with the Holy Spirit, set his eyes on him

jub@Acts:13:16 @ Then Paul stood up, and beckoning with [his] hand said, Men of Israel and ye that fear God hearken.

jub@Acts:13:17 @ The God of this people of Israel chose our fathers and exalted the people when they dwelt as strangers in the land of Egypt, and with a high arm he brought them out of it.

jub@Acts:13:28 @ And without finding cause of death [in him], yet they asked Pilate that he should be slain.

jub@Acts:13:31 @ and he was seen many days by those who came up with him from Galilee to Jerusalem, who until now are his witnesses unto the people.

jub@Acts:13:45 @ But when the Jews saw the multitudes, they were filled with envy and spoke against that which Paul said, contradicting and blaspheming.

jub@Acts:13:46 @ Then Paul and Barnabas speaking with freedom, said, It was necessary indeed that the word of God should first have been spoken to you; but seeing ye put it from you and judge yourselves unworthy of eternal life, behold, we turn to the Gentiles.

jub@Acts:13:52 @ And the disciples were filled with joy and with the Holy Spirit.:

jub@Acts:14:3 @ With all this, they abode there a long time speaking with freedom in the Lord, who gave testimony unto the word of his grace and granted that signs and wonders be done by their hands.

jub@Acts:14:4 @ But the multitude of the city was divided, and part held with the Jews, and part with the apostles.

jub@Acts:14:5 @ And when there was an assault made both of the Gentiles and also of the Jews with their princes, to insult [them] and to stone them,

jub@Acts:14:10 @ said with a loud voice, Stand upright on thy feet. And he leaped and walked.

jub@Acts:14:13 @ Then the priest of Jupiter, who was before their city, brought bulls and garlands unto the gates and would have done sacrifice unto them with the people.

jub@Acts:14:15 @ and saying, Sirs, why do ye these things? We also are men of like passions with you and preach unto you that ye should turn from these vanities unto the living God, who made the heaven and the earth and the sea and all the things that are therein,

jub@Acts:14:17 @ Nevertheless he did not leave himself without witness, in that he did good and gave us rain from heaven and fruitful seasons, filling our hearts with food and gladness.

jub@Acts:14:18 @ And with these words they scarcely restrained the people, that they not sacrifice unto them.

jub@Acts:14:20 @ But as the disciples stood round about him, he rose up and came into the city, and the next day he departed with Barnabas to Derbe.

jub@Acts:14:23 @ And having ordained elders for them in every church and having prayed with fasting, they commended them to the Lord on whom they believed.

jub@Acts:14:27 @ And when they were come and had gathered the church together, they related what great things God had done with them and how he had opened the door of faith unto the Gentiles.

jub@Acts:14:28 @ And there they abode [a] long time with the disciples.:

jub@Acts:15:2 @ When therefore Paul and Barnabas had no small dissension and disputation with them, they determined that Paul and Barnabas and certain other of them should go up to Jerusalem unto the apostles and elders about this question.

jub@Acts:15:4 @ And when they were come to Jerusalem, they were received by the church and [by] the apostles and elders, and they declared all the things that God had done with them.

jub@Acts:15:22 @ Then it pleased the apostles and elders, with the whole church, to send chosen men of their own company to Antioch with Paul and Barnabas; [namely], Judas surnamed Barsabas and Silas, principal men among the brethren;

jub@Acts:15:24 @ forasmuch as we have heard that certain [ones] who went out from us have troubled you with words, subverting your souls, saying, [Ye must] be circumcised and keep the law, to whom we gave no [such] commandment,

jub@Acts:15:25 @ it seemed good unto us, being assembled with one accord, to send chosen men unto you with our beloved Barnabas and Paul,

jub@Acts:15:32 @ And Judas and Silas, being prophets also themselves, exhorted the brethren with many words and confirmed [them].

jub@Acts:15:34 @ Notwithstanding it pleased Silas to abide there still.

jub@Acts:15:35 @ Paul also and Barnabas continued in Antioch, teaching the word of the Lord and announcing the gospel, with many others also.

jub@Acts:15:37 @ And Barnabas determined to take with them John, whose surname was Mark.

jub@Acts:15:38 @ But Paul thought [it] not good to take him with them, who departed from them from Pamphylia and did not go with them to the work.

jub@Acts:16:3 @ Paul desired to have him go forth with him and took and circumcised him because of the Jews who were in those quarters, for they all knew that his father was a Greek.

jub@Acts:16:11 @ Therefore loosing from Troas, we came with a straight course to Samothracia, and the next [day] to Neapolis,

jub@Acts:16:15 @ And when she was baptized, with her household, she besought [us], saying, If ye have judged me to be faithful to the Lord, come into my house and abide [there]. And she constrained us.

jub@Acts:16:16 @ And it came to pass, as we went to prayer, a certain damsel possessed with a Pythian spirit met us, which brought her masters much gain by divination:

jub@Acts:16:28 @ But Paul cried with a loud voice, saying, Do thyself no harm, for we are all here.

jub@Acts:16:34 @ And when he had brought them into his house, he set food before them and rejoiced, believing in God with all his house.

jub@Acts:17:2 @ And Paul, as his manner was, went in unto them, and three sabbath days reasoned with them out of the scriptures,

jub@Acts:17:4 @ And some of them believed and consorted with Paul and Silas; and of the devout Greeks a great multitude, and of the noble women not a few.

jub@Acts:17:5 @ But the disobedient Jews, moved with envy, took unto them certain lewd fellows of the baser sort and gathered a company and set all the city on an uproar and assaulted the house of Jason and sought to bring them out to the people.

jub@Acts:17:11 @ These were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all diligence and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so.

jub@Acts:17:17 @ Therefore he disputed in the synagogue with the Jews and with the devout persons and in the market daily with those that he met with.

jub@Acts:17:23 @ For as I passed by and beheld your sanctuaries, I found an altar with this inscription, TO THE UNKNOWN GOD. Whom therefore ye ignorantly worship, him I declare unto you.

jub@Acts:17:24 @ The God that made the world and all the things therein, seeing that he is Lord of heaven and earth, does not dwell in temples made with hands;

jub@Acts:17:25 @ neither is worshipped with men's hands, as though he needed any thing, seeing he gives to all life and breath and all things

jub@Acts:17:34 @ But certain men believed and joined themselves with him, among whom [was] Dionysius of the Areopagus and a woman named Damaris and others with them.:

jub@Acts:18:2 @ and found a certain Jew named Aquila, born in Pontus, lately come from Italy, with his wife Priscilla (for Claudius had commanded all Jews to depart from Rome) and came unto them.

jub@Acts:18:3 @ And because he was of the same craft, he abode with them and worked, for by their occupation they were tentmakers.

jub@Acts:18:8 @ And Crispus, the chief ruler of the synagogue, believed on the Lord with all his house; and many of the Corinthians, hearing, believed and were baptized.

jub@Acts:18:10 @ For I am with thee, and no one shall be able to hurt thee, for I have many people in this city.

jub@Acts:18:12 @ And when Gallio was the proconsul of Achaia, the Jews rose up with one accord against Paul and brought him to the judgement seat,

jub@Acts:18:14 @ And when Paul was now about to open [his] mouth, Gallio said unto the Jews, If it were a matter of wrong or wicked lewdness, O [ye] Jews, reason would that I should bear with you;

jub@Acts:18:18 @ And Paul [after this] tarried [there] yet a good while and then took his leave of the brethren and sailed from there into Syria and with him Priscilla and Aquila, having shorn [his] head in Cenchrea, for he had a vow.

jub@Acts:18:19 @ And he came to Ephesus and left them there, but he himself entered into the synagogue and reasoned with the Jews.

jub@Acts:18:20 @ When they desired [him] to tarry longer time with them, he consented not,

jub@Acts:19:4 @ Then said Paul, John verily baptized with the baptism of repentance, saying unto the people that they should believe on him who should come after him, that is, on Christ, Jesus.

jub@Acts:19:15 @ And the evil spirit answered and said, Jesus I know, and Paul I am acquainted with, but who are ye?

jub@Acts:19:25 @ whom he called together with the workmen of like occupation and said, Sirs, ye know that by this gain we have our wealth.

jub@Acts:19:26 @ Moreover ye see and hear, that not alone at Ephesus, but almost throughout all Asia, this Paul has persuaded and turned away many people, saying that they are not gods which are made with hands

jub@Acts:19:29 @ And the whole city was filled with confusion, and having caught Gaius and Aristarchus, men of Macedonia, Paul's companions in travel, they rushed with one accord into the theatre.

jub@Acts:19:33 @ And they drew Alexander out of the multitude, the Jews putting him forward. And Alexander beckoned with the hand and would have made his defense unto the people.

jub@Acts:19:34 @ But when they knew that he was a Jew, all with one voice about the space of two hours cried out, Great [is] Diana of the Ephesians.

jub@Acts:19:38 @ Therefore if Demetrius and the craftsmen who are with him have a matter against any man, the law is open, and there are proconsuls; let them accuse one another.

jub@Acts:20:2 @ And when he had gone over those parts and had exhorted them with much word, he came into Greece

jub@Acts:20:9 @ And a certain young man named Eutychus sat in a window, being fallen into a deep sleep; and as Paul was long preaching, he sunk down with sleep and fell down from the third loft and was taken up dead.

jub@Acts:20:14 @ And when he met with us at Assos, we took him in and came to Mitylene.

jub@Acts:20:18 @ And when they were come to him, he said unto them, Ye know, from the first day that I came into Asia, after what manner I have been with you at all seasons,

jub@Acts:20:19 @ serving the Lord with all humility and with many tears and temptations, which have befallen me by the ambushes of the Jews,

jub@Acts:20:24 @ But none of these things move me, neither do I count my life dear unto myself, only that I might finish my course with joy and the ministry, which I have received of the Lord Jesus, to testify the gospel of the grace of God.

jub@Acts:20:28 @ Take heed therefore unto yourselves and to all the flock, over which the Holy Spirit has placed you as bishops to feed the church of God, which he has purchased with his own blood.

jub@Acts:20:31 @ Therefore watch and remember that by the space of three years I ceased not to warn every one night and day with tears.

jub@Acts:20:34 @ Moreover, ye yourselves know that these hands have ministered unto my necessities and to those that were with me.

jub@Acts:20:36 @ And when he had thus spoken, he knelt down and prayed with them all.

jub@Acts:21:1 @ And it came to pass that after we had left them and had launched, we came with a straight course unto Coos, and the [day] following unto Rhodes, and from there unto Patara;

jub@Acts:21:5 @ And when we had accomplished those days, we departed; and they all brought us on our way, with wives and children, until [we were] out of the city; and we knelt down on the shore and prayed.

jub@Acts:21:7 @ And when we had finished [our] course from Tyre, we came to Ptolemais and saluted the brethren and abode with them one day.

jub@Acts:21:8 @ And the next [day] Paul and those of us that were with him departed and came unto Caesarea; and we entered into the house of Philip the evangelist, who was [one] of the seven, and abode with him.

jub@Acts:21:16 @ There went with us also [certain] of the disciples of Caesarea and brought with them one Mnason of Cyprus, an old disciple, with whom we should lodge.

jub@Acts:21:18 @ And the [day] following, Paul went in with us to [see] James, and all the elders were gathered.

jub@Acts:21:24 @ them take, and purify thyself with them, and pay their expenses, that they may shave [their] heads, and all may know that those things, of which they were informed concerning thee, are nothing, but [that] thou thyself dost also walk orderly and keep the law.

jub@Acts:21:26 @ Then Paul took the men and the next day, purifying himself with them, entered into the temple to signify the accomplishment of the days of purification until an offering should be offered for each one of them.

jub@Acts:21:29 @ (For before [this] they had seen Trophimus, an Ephesian, with him in the city, whom they supposed that Paul had brought into the temple.)

jub@Acts:21:33 @ Then the tribunal came near and took him and commanded [him] to be bound with two chains and demanded [to know] who he was and what he had done.

jub@Acts:21:36 @ For the multitude of the people followed after, crying, Away with him.

jub@Acts:21:40 @ And when he had given him license, Paul stood on the stairs and beckoned with the hand unto the people. And when there was made a great silence, he spoke unto [them] in the Hebrew tongue, saying,:

jub@Acts:22:9 @ And those that were with me saw indeed the light and were afraid, but they did not hear the voice of him that spoke to me.

jub@Acts:22:11 @ And when I could not see for the clarity of that light, being led by the hand of those that were with me, I came into Damascus.

jub@Acts:22:22 @ And they gave him audience unto this word and [then] lifted up their voices and said, Away with such a [fellow] from the earth, for it is not fit that he should live.

jub@Acts:22:25 @ And as they bound him with thongs, Paul said unto the centurion that stood by, Is it lawful for you to scourge a man that is a Roman and uncondemned?

jub@Acts:22:28 @ And the tribunal answered, With a great sum I obtained this freedom. And Paul said, But I was [free] born.

jub@Acts:23:15 @ Now therefore ye with the council signify to the tribunal that he bring him down unto you tomorrow, as though ye would enquire something more certain concerning him, and we, before he arrives, are ready to kill him.

jub@Acts:23:19 @ Then the tribunal took him by the hand and went [with him] aside privately and asked [him], What is that thou hast to tell me?

jub@Acts:23:27 @ This man was taken of the Jews and should have been killed by them; then I came with an army and rescued him, having understood that he was a Roman.

jub@Acts:23:32 @ On the next day they left the horsemen to go with him and returned to the fortress,

jub@Acts:24:1 @ And after five days Ananias, the prince of the priests, descended with the elders and [with] a certain orator [named] Tertullus, who informed the governor against Paul.

jub@Acts:24:3 @ we accept [it] always and in all places, most noble Felix, with all thankfulness.

jub@Acts:24:4 @ Notwithstanding, that I be not further tedious unto thee, I pray thee that thou would hear us of thy clemency a few words.

jub@Acts:24:7 @ But the tribunal Lysias came [upon us], and with great violence took [him] away out of our hands,

jub@Acts:24:12 @ And they neither found me in the temple disputing with any man, neither raising up the people, neither in the synagogues, nor in the city,

jub@Acts:24:18 @ Whereupon certain Jews from Asia found me purified in the temple, neither with multitude, nor with tumult,

jub@Acts:24:24 @ And after certain days when Felix came with his wife Drusilla, who was a Jewess, he sent for Paul and heard of him the faith which is in Christ.

jub@Acts:24:26 @ He hoped also that money should have been given him from Paul, that he might loose him; therefore he sent for him many times and communed with him.

jub@Acts:25:5 @ Let them, therefore, said he, who among you are able, go down with [me] and accuse this man, if there is anything in him.

jub@Acts:25:9 @ But Festus, willing to ingratiate himself with the Jews, answered Paul and said, Wilt thou go up to Jerusalem, and there be judged of these things before me?

jub@Acts:25:12 @ Then Festus, when he had conferred with the council, answered, Hast thou appealed unto Caesar? unto Caesar shalt thou go.

jub@Acts:25:16 @ To whom I answered, It is not the manner of the Romans to deliver any man to die, before the one who is accused is face to face with his accusers and is given license to answer for himself concerning the crime laid against him.

jub@Acts:25:17 @ Therefore, when they were come here, without any delay on the next day I sat on the judgement seat and commanded the man to be brought forth.

jub@Acts:25:23 @ And the next day when Agrippa was come and Bernice, with great pomp, and was entered into the place of hearing, with the tribunals and principal men of the city, at Festus' commandment, Paul was brought forth.

jub@Acts:25:24 @ Then Festus said, King Agrippa, and all men who are here present with us, ye see this man, about whom all the multitude of the Jews have dealt with me, both at Jerusalem and [also] here, crying that he ought not to live any longer.

jub@Acts:26:8 @ Why should it be thought a thing incredible with you that God should raise the dead?

jub@Acts:26:12 @ Whereupon as I went to Damascus with authority and commission from the princes of the priests,

jub@Acts:26:13 @ at midday, O king, I saw in the way a light from heaven, above the brightness of the sun, shining round about me and those who journeyed with me.

jub@Acts:26:24 @ And as he spoke these things and [answered] for himself, Festus said with a loud voice, Paul, thou art beside thyself; much learning doth make thee mad.

jub@Acts:26:30 @ And when he had said these things, the king rose up and the governor and Bernice and those that sat with them;

jub@Acts:27:2 @ And entering into the ship, Adramyttium, we launched, meaning to sail by the coasts of Asia, [one] Aristarchus, a Macedonian of Thessalonica, being with us.

jub@Acts:27:8 @ and, passing it with difficulty, came unto a place which is called The Fair Havens, near which was the city [of] Lasea.

jub@Acts:27:10 @ saying, Sirs, I perceive that this voyage will be with hurt and much damage, not only of the lading and ship, but also of our lives.

jub@Acts:27:18 @ And we being exceedingly tossed with a tempest, the next [day] they lightened the ship;

jub@Acts:27:19 @ and the third [day] with our own hands we cast off the dead works of the ship.

jub@Acts:27:24 @ saying, Fear not, Paul; thou must be brought before Caesar; and, behold, God has given thee all those that sail with thee.

jub@Acts:27:39 @ And when it was day, they did not recognize the land, but they discovered a certain gulf with a shore, into which they decided, if it were possible, to thrust in the ship.

jub@Acts:27:41 @ But falling into a place where two seas met, they ran the ship aground; and the forepart stuck fast and remained unmovable, but the hinder part was broken with the violence of the waves.

jub@Acts:28:10 @ who also honoured us with many gifts; and when we departed, they laded [us] with such things as were necessary.

jub@Acts:28:14 @ where we found brethren, who asked us to tarry with them seven days, and so we went toward Rome.

jub@Acts:28:16 @ And when we came to Rome, the centurion delivered the prisoners to the praetorian prefect, but Paul was allowed to dwell by himself with a soldier that kept him.

jub@Acts:28:20 @ For this cause therefore I have called for you, to see [you] and to speak with [you]: because for the hope of Israel I am bound with this chain.

jub@Acts:28:27 @ for the heart of this people is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes have they closed; lest they should see with [their] eyes and hear with [their] ears and understand with [their] heart and should be converted and I should heal them.

jub@Acts:28:31 @ preaching the kingdom of God and teaching those things which concern the Lord Jesus Christ, with all liberty, without hindrance.:

jub@Romans:1:4 @ who was declared [to be] the Son of God with power, according to the Spirit of sanctification, by the resurrection from the dead), of Jesus, the Christ, our Lord.

jub@Romans:1:9 @ For God is my witness, whom I serve in my spirit in the gospel of his Son, that without ceasing I always remember you in my prayers,

jub@Romans:1:11 @ For I long to see you that I may impart with you some spiritual gift to confirm you,

jub@Romans:1:12 @ that is, that I may be comforted together with you by the mutual faith both of you and me.

jub@Romans:1:18 @ For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and injustice of men, who hold back the truth with injustice;

jub@Romans:1:27 @ and likewise also the males, leaving the natural use of the females, burned in their lust one toward another, males with males committing nefarious works and receiving in themselves the recompense that proceeded from their error.

jub@Romans:1:29 @ being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers,

jub@Romans:1:31 @ without understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection, implacable, without mercy.

jub@Romans:2:11 @ For there is no respect of persons with God.

jub@Romans:2:12 @ For as many as have sinned without law shall also perish without law, and as many as have sinned in the law shall be judged by the law

jub@Romans:2:15 @ which show the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience also bearing witness, accusing and also excusing their reasonings one with another)

jub@Romans:2:23 @ Thou that makest thy boast of the law, with rebellion to the law doth thou dishonour God?

jub@Romans:2:27 @ And that which is by nature foreskin, but keeps the law perfectly, shall judge thee who with the letter and with the circumcision art rebellious to the law.

jub@Romans:3:3 @ For what if some of them did not believe? Shall their unbelief have made the truth of God without effect?

jub@Romans:3:13 @ Their throat [is] an open sepulchre; with their tongues they have used deceit; the poison of asps [is] under their lips,

jub@Romans:3:21 @ But now, without the law, the righteousness of God has been manifested, being witnessed by the law and the prophets:

jub@Romans:3:28 @ Therefore, we conclude that [a] man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law.

jub@Romans:4:6 @ Even as David also describes the blessedness of the man unto whom God doth attribute righteousness without works,

jub@Romans:4:20 @ he doubted not the promise of God, with unbelief, but was strengthened in faith, giving glory to God,

jub@Romans:5:1 @ Justified therefore by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus, the Christ,

jub@Romans:5:10 @ For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled with God by the death of his Son, much more, [now] reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.

jub@Romans:6:4 @ For we are buried with him by baptism into death, that just as the Christ was raised up from the dead to the glory of the Father, likewise we also walk in newness of life.

jub@Romans:6:6 @ knowing this: that our old man is crucified with [him] that the body of sin might be destroyed that we should not serve sin any longer.

jub@Romans:6:8 @ Now if we die with the Christ, we believe that we shall also live with him,

jub@Romans:7:8 @ Then sin, when there was occasion by the commandment, wrought in me all manner of lust. For without the law sin was as if it were dormant.

jub@Romans:7:9 @ So that without the law I lived for some time; but when the commandment came, sin revived, and I died.

jub@Romans:7:22 @ For I delight with the law of God with the inward man,

jub@Romans:7:25 @ The grace of God, by Jesus, the Christ, our Lord. So then with the mind I myself serve the law of God, but with the flesh the law of sin.:

jub@Romans:8:17 @ and if sons, also heirs certainly of God and joint-heirs with Christ, if so be that we suffer with [him] that we may be also glorified together [with him].

jub@Romans:8:18 @ For I know with certainty that the sufferings of this present time [are] not worthy [to be compared] with the coming glory which shall be manifested in us.

jub@Romans:8:21 @ with the hope that the same creatures shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the sons of God.

jub@Romans:8:23 @ And not only they, but ourselves also who have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, [that is to say], the redemption of our body.

jub@Romans:8:25 @ But if we wait for that which we do not see, with patience we wait for [it].

jub@Romans:8:26 @ And likewise also the Spirit helps our weakness; for we know not how to pray as we ought, but the Spirit itself makes entreaty for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.

jub@Romans:8:32 @ He that did not spare his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not also give us all things with him?

jub@Romans:9:22 @ [What] if God, desiring to show [his] wrath and to make his power known, endured with much meekness the vessels of wrath, prepared for death,

jub@Romans:10:9 @ that if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus and shalt believe in thine heart that God has raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

jub@Romans:10:10 @ For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto saving health.

jub@Romans:10:14 @ How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher?

jub@Romans:10:19 @ But I say, Did not Israel know? First Moses says, I will provoke you unto jealousy with people that are not mine, [and] with ignorant people I will provoke you to anger.

jub@Romans:11:8 @ (according as it is written, God has given them the spirit of anguish, eyes with which they do not see and ears with which they do not hear) unto this day.

jub@Romans:11:29 @ For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance.

jub@Romans:12:3 @ Therefore I say through the grace given unto me, to all those that are among you not to obtain more knowledge than is prudent to know, but to obtain knowledge with temperance, each one according to the measure of faith that God has dealt.

jub@Romans:12:9 @ [Let] love be without dissimulation, abhorring that which is evil, causing you to come unto that which is good;

jub@Romans:12:10 @ loving one another with brotherly love, with honour preferring one another;

jub@Romans:12:15 @ Rejoice with those that rejoice and weep with those that weep.

jub@Romans:12:18 @ If it can be done, as much as [is possible] on your part, live in peace with all men.

jub@Romans:12:21 @ Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.:

jub@Romans:13:12 @ The night is past, and the day is come; let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us clothe ourselves [with] the weapons of light.

jub@Romans:13:14 @ But [be] clothed [with] the Lord Jesus Christ, and do not listen to the flesh, to [fulfil] its desires.:

jub@Romans:14:1 @ Bear [with] the one who is sick in the faith, [but] not unto doubtful discernment.

jub@Romans:14:15 @ But if thy brother is grieved because of [thy] food, now thou dost not walk in charity. Do not destroy him with thy food, for whom Christ died.

jub@Romans:14:20 @ Because of food, do not destroy the work of God. All things indeed [are] clean, but [it is] evil for that man who eats with offense.

jub@Romans:14:22 @ Thou hast faith; have [it] to thyself before God. Blessed [is] he that does not condemn himself with that thing which he allows.

jub@Romans:15:6 @ that ye may with one accord [and] one mouth glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.

jub@Romans:15:10 @ And again he says, Rejoice, ye Gentiles, with his people.

jub@Romans:15:13 @ And believing, the God of hope fills you with all joy and peace that ye may abound in hope by the virtue of the Holy Spirit.

jub@Romans:15:14 @ But I am convinced regarding you, my brethren, that even without my exhortation ye are full of charity, full of all knowledge, so as to be able to admonish one another.

jub@Romans:15:17 @ Therefore I have something to boast of in Christ Jesus, with regard to God.

jub@Romans:15:18 @ For I will not dare to speak of any of those things which Christ has not wrought by me, unto the obedience of the Gentiles, with word and with deed,

jub@Romans:15:19 @ with power of signs and wonders, in virtue of the Spirit of God; so that from Jerusalem and round about unto Illyricum, I have filled the entire [area] with the gospel of the Christ.

jub@Romans:15:30 @ But I beseech you, brethren, by our Lord Jesus Christ, and by the charity of the Spirit, that ye help me with prayers to God for me,

jub@Romans:15:32 @ that I may come unto you with joy by the will of God and may be refreshed together with you.

jub@Romans:15:33 @ Now the God of peace [be] with you all. Amen.:

jub@Romans:16:6 @ Greet Mary, who has laboured much with us.

jub@Romans:16:14 @ Salute Asyncritus, Phlegon, Hermas, Patrobas, Hermes, and the brethren who are with them.

jub@Romans:16:15 @ Salute Philologus and Julia, Nereus and his sister, and Olympas, and all the saints who are with them.

jub@Romans:16:16 @ Salute one another with a holy kiss. All the churches of Christ salute you.

jub@Romans:16:20 @ And let the God of peace bruise Satan under your feet quickly. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ [be] with you. Amen.

jub@Romans:16:24 @ The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, [be] with you all. Amen.

jub@1Corinthians:1:2 @ unto the church of God which is at Corinth, to those that are sanctified in Christ Jesus, called [to be] holy, with all that in every place call upon the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, both theirs and ours:

jub@1Corinthians:1:6 @ with which the testimony of the Christ was confirmed in you,

jub@1Corinthians:1:17 @ For Christ sent me not to baptize, but to preach the gospel, not with wisdom of words, lest the stake of Christ should be made void.

jub@1Corinthians:2:1 @ And I, brothers, when I came to you, came not with puffed up speech or wisdom to declare unto you the testimony of God.

jub@1Corinthians:2:3 @ And I was with you in weakness and in fear and in much trembling.

jub@1Corinthians:2:4 @ And my speech and my preaching [was] not with enticing words of human wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power,

jub@1Corinthians:2:13 @ Which things also we speak, not in the words which man's wisdom teaches, but with doctrine of the Holy Spirit, jointly fitting spiritual things by spiritual [means].

jub@1Corinthians:3:2 @ I have fed you with milk, and not with [solid] food, for until now ye were not able [to bear it], neither yet now are ye able.

jub@1Corinthians:3:9 @ For we are labourers together with God; ye are God's husbandry, [ye are] God's building.

jub@1Corinthians:3:19 @ For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, He takes the wise in their own craftiness.

jub@1Corinthians:4:3 @ But with me it is a very small thing that I should be judged by you or by man's judgment; I do not even judge my own self.

jub@1Corinthians:4:8 @ Now ye are full, now ye are rich, ye reign as kings without us, and I wish ye did reign, that we also might reign with you.

jub@1Corinthians:4:12 @ and labour, working with our own hands; being reviled, we bless; being persecuted, we suffer it;

jub@1Corinthians:4:21 @ What will ye? Shall I come unto you with a rod or in charity and [in] the spirit of meekness?:

jub@1Corinthians:5:4 @ In the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, when ye are gathered together, and my spirit, with the power of our Lord Jesus Christ,

jub@1Corinthians:5:9 @ I wrote unto you in an epistle not to associate with fornicators,

jub@1Corinthians:5:10 @ yet not altogether with the fornicators of this world or with the covetous or extortioners or with idolaters, for then ye would need to go out of the world.

jub@1Corinthians:5:11 @ But now I have written unto you not to associate with anyone calling himself a brother if he is a fornicator or covetous or an idolater or a railer or a drunkard or an extortioner; with such a one do not even eat.

jub@1Corinthians:5:12 @ For why shall I judge those that are without? do ye not judge those that are within?

jub@1Corinthians:5:13 @ But those that are without, God shall judge. Therefore, put away from among yourselves that wicked person.:

jub@1Corinthians:6:7 @ Now therefore there is certainly a fault among you, because ye go to law one with another. Why do ye not rather suffer [the] wrong? why do ye not rather be defrauded?

jub@1Corinthians:6:16 @ What? know ye not that he who is joined to the harlot is one body [with her]? For they shall be, saith he, two in one flesh.

jub@1Corinthians:6:20 @ For ye are bought with a price, therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's.:

jub@1Corinthians:7:5 @ Do not defraud one another, except [it be] with [mutual] consent for a time, that ye may give yourselves to fasting and prayer and come together again, that Satan not tempt you for your incontinency.

jub@1Corinthians:7:12 @ But to the rest I speak, not the Lord: If any brother has a wife that does not believe, and she consents to dwell with him, let him not put her away.

jub@1Corinthians:7:13 @ And the woman who has a husband that does not believe and if he consents to dwell with her, let her not leave him.

jub@1Corinthians:7:23 @ Ye are bought with a price; do not make yourselves the servants of men.

jub@1Corinthians:7:24 @ Each one, brothers, in that [state] in which he was called, let him abide with God.

jub@1Corinthians:7:32 @ But I would have you without worry. He that is unmarried cares for the things that belong to the Lord, how he may please the Lord;

jub@1Corinthians:7:35 @ And this I speak for your own profit, not that I may cast a snare upon you, but for that which is honourable and that ye may attend upon the Lord without impediment.

jub@1Corinthians:8:7 @ Howbeit [there is] not in everyone that knowledge, for some with conscience of the idol unto now, eat [it] as a thing offered unto an idol, and their conscience being weak is defiled.

jub@1Corinthians:9:5 @ Do we not have authority to bring with us a sister, a wife, as also the other apostles and [as] the brothers of the Lord and Cephas?

jub@1Corinthians:9:13 @ Do ye not know that those who work with sacred [things] live [of the things] of the sanctuary? and those who serve at the altar partake of the altar?

jub@1Corinthians:9:18 @ What reward, then, shall I have? That preaching the gospel, I may make the gospel of the Christ without charge, that I abuse not my authority in the gospel.

jub@1Corinthians:9:21 @ to those that are without law, as without law (being not without law of God, but under the law of Christ), that I might gain those that are without law.

jub@1Corinthians:10:5 @ But with many of them God was not pleased; therefore, they were overthrown in the wilderness.

jub@1Corinthians:10:13 @ No temptation has taken you but such as is common to man, but God [is] faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above what ye are able but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear [it].

jub@1Corinthians:10:32 @ Be without offense, neither to the Jews nor to the Gentiles nor to the church of God;

jub@1Corinthians:11:5 @ But every woman that prays or prophesies with [her] head uncovered dishonours her head, for that is even the same as if she were shaven.

jub@1Corinthians:11:11 @ Nevertheless, neither is the man without the woman, neither the woman without the man, in the Lord.

jub@1Corinthians:11:16 @ With all this, if anyone seems to be contentious, we have no such custom, neither the church of God.

jub@1Corinthians:11:32 @ But being judged, we are chastened of the Lord, that we should not be condemned with the world.

jub@1Corinthians:12:7 @ But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to each one to profit with.

jub@1Corinthians:12:23 @ and those [members] of the body which we think to be more vile, these we dress with more abundant honour; and those in us who are [more] indecent have more honesty.

jub@1Corinthians:12:30 @ Do all have gifts of healing? do all speak with tongues? do all interpret?

jub@1Corinthians:13:1 @ Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels and have not charity, I am become [as] sounding brass or a tinkling cymbal.

jub@1Corinthians:13:4 @ Charity suffers long [and] is benign; charity envies not; charity does [nothing] without due reason, is not puffed up,

jub@1Corinthians:14:5 @ I would that ye all spoke with tongues, but rather that ye prophesied, for greater [is] he that prophesies than he that speaks with tongues, unless he interprets, that the church may receive edifying.

jub@1Corinthians:14:6 @ Now, brothers, if I come unto you speaking with tongues, what shall I profit you unless I speak to you either with revelation or with knowledge or with prophecy or with doctrine?

jub@1Corinthians:14:7 @ And even things without life giving sound, whether flute or harp, except they give a distinction in the sounds, how shall it be known what is played or harped?

jub@1Corinthians:14:15 @ What is it then? I will pray with the spirit, and I will pray with the understanding also; I will sing with the spirit, and I will sing with the understanding also.

jub@1Corinthians:14:16 @ Else when thou shalt bless with the spirit, how shall he that occupies the place of the ignorant say, Amen, at thy giving of thanks, seeing he understands not what thou sayest?

jub@1Corinthians:14:18 @ I thank my God, I speak with tongues more than ye all;

jub@1Corinthians:14:19 @ yet in the church I would rather speak five words with my understanding, that I might teach others also, than ten thousand words in an [unknown] tongue.

jub@1Corinthians:14:21 @ In the law it is written, In other tongues and with other lips I will speak unto this people; and yet for all that, they will not hear me, saith the Lord.

jub@1Corinthians:14:23 @ If, therefore, the whole church is come together into one place and all speak with tongues, and there come in [those that are] unlearned or unbelievers, will they not say that ye are mad?

jub@1Corinthians:14:39 @ Therefore, brothers, earnestly pursue prophecy and do not forbid to speak with tongues.

jub@1Corinthians:15:10 @ But by the grace of God I am what I am; and his grace towards me was not in vain, for I laboured more abundantly than they all, yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me.

jub@1Corinthians:15:32 @ If after the manner of men I have fought with beasts at Ephesus, what does it advantage me, if the dead do not rise? let us eat and drink; for tomorrow we die.

jub@1Corinthians:15:35 @ But someone will say, How are the dead raised up? and with what body do they come?

jub@1Corinthians:15:43 @ it is sown in dishonour, it shall be raised with glory; it is sown in weakness, it shall be raised with power;

jub@1Corinthians:15:52 @ in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet, for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised without corruption, and we shall be changed.

jub@1Corinthians:16:4 @ And if it is appropriate that I go also, they shall go with me.

jub@1Corinthians:16:6 @ And it may be that I will abide and winter with you, that ye may bring me on my journey wherever I go.

jub@1Corinthians:16:7 @ For I desire not to see you now in passing, but I trust to tarry a while with you, if the Lord permits.

jub@1Corinthians:16:10 @ Now if Timothy comes, see that he may stay with you securely, for he does the work of the Lord, as I also [do].

jub@1Corinthians:16:11 @ Let no man therefore, despise, him, but conduct him forth in peace that he may come unto me, for I look for him with the brothers.

jub@1Corinthians:16:12 @ As touching [our] brother Apollos, I greatly desired him to come unto you with [some of] the brothers, but his will was not at all to come at this time, but he will come when he shall have opportunity.

jub@1Corinthians:16:14 @ Let all your things be done with charity.

jub@1Corinthians:16:19 @ The churches of Asia salute you. Aquila and Priscilla salute you much in the Lord, with the church that is in their house.

jub@1Corinthians:16:20 @ All the brothers greet you. Greet ye one another with a holy kiss.

jub@1Corinthians:16:21 @ The salutation of [me], Paul, [is] with my own hand.

jub@1Corinthians:16:23 @ The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ [be] with you.

jub@1Corinthians:16:24 @ My charity in Christ Jesus be with you all. Amen.:

jub@2Corinthians:1:1 @ Paul, apostle of Jesus Christ by the will of God, and Timothy [our] brother, unto the church of God which is at Corinth, with all the saints who are in all Achaia:

jub@2Corinthians:1:4 @ who comforts us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any trouble with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.

jub@2Corinthians:1:11 @ ye also helping us with prayer, that for the gift [bestowed] upon us by the means of many persons, thanks may be given by many on our behalf.

jub@2Corinthians:1:12 @ For our rejoicing is this, the testimony of our conscience, that in simplicity and godly sincerity, not with carnal wisdom, but by the grace of God, we have had our conversation in the world and more abundantly towards you.

jub@2Corinthians:1:21 @ Now he who confirms us with you unto Christ and has anointed us [is] God;

jub@2Corinthians:2:1 @ But I determined this with myself, that I would not come again to you in grief.

jub@2Corinthians:2:4 @ For out of much affliction and anguish of heart I wrote unto you with many tears; not that ye should be grieved, but that ye might know how much more charity I have towards you.

jub@2Corinthians:2:7 @ So that contrariwise ye [ought] rather to forgive [him] and comfort [him], lest perhaps such a one should be swallowed up with too much grief.

jub@2Corinthians:3:3 @ [Forasmuch as ye are] manifestly declared to be the epistle of Christ ministered by us, written not with ink, but with the Spirit of the living God; not in tables of stone, but in fleshy tables of the heart.

jub@2Corinthians:3:10 @ For even that which was [so] glorious had no glory in this respect, in comparison with the glory that excels.

jub@2Corinthians:3:12 @ Seeing then that we have such hope, we speak with great confidence,

jub@2Corinthians:3:18 @ Therefore we all, beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord with uncovered face, are transformed from glory to glory into the same likeness, [even] as by the Spirit of the Lord.:

jub@2Corinthians:4:14 @ knowing that he who raised up the Lord Jesus shall raise us up also by Jesus and shall present [us] with you.

jub@2Corinthians:5:1 @ For we know that if the earthly house of this our habitation were dissolved, we have a building of God, a house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens.

jub@2Corinthians:5:2 @ For in this we groan, earnestly desiring to be clothed upon with our house which is from heaven,

jub@2Corinthians:5:4 @ For we that are in [this] tabernacle do groan, being burdened, for we do not desire to be unclothed, but to be clothed upon with life swallowing up that which is mortal.

jub@2Corinthians:5:8 @ We are confident, [I say], and willing rather to be absent from the body and to be present with the Lord.

jub@2Corinthians:6:1 @ We then, [as] workers together [with him], exhort [you] also that ye have not received the grace of God in vain.

jub@2Corinthians:6:14 @ Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers, for what fellowship does righteousness have with unrighteousness? and what communion does light have with darkness?

jub@2Corinthians:6:15 @ And what concord does Christ have with Belial? or what part do the faithful have with the unfaithful?

jub@2Corinthians:6:16 @ And what agreement does the temple of God have with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God has said, I will dwell in them and walk in [them] and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.

jub@2Corinthians:7:3 @ I speak [this] not to condemn [you], for I have said before that ye are in our hearts to die and live together with [us].

jub@2Corinthians:7:4 @ Great [is] my boldness of speech toward you, great [is] my glorying of you; I am filled with comfort, I am exceeding joyful in all our tribulation.

jub@2Corinthians:7:5 @ For, when we were come into Macedonia, our flesh had no rest, but we were troubled on every side; without [were] fightings, within [were] fears.

jub@2Corinthians:7:7 @ and not by his coming only, but by the consolation with which he was comforted in you when he told us your earnest desire, your mourning, your zeal for me so that I rejoiced the more.

jub@2Corinthians:7:8 @ For though I made you sorry with a letter, I do not repent, though I did repent; for I perceive that the same epistle has made you sorry, though [it were] but for a season.

jub@2Corinthians:7:15 @ And his inward affection is more abundant toward you while he remembers the obedience of you all, how with fear and trembling ye received him.

jub@2Corinthians:8:4 @ praying us with much intreaty that we would receive the grace and [take upon us] the fellowship of the ministry to the saints.

jub@2Corinthians:8:18 @ And we have sent with him the brother whose praise [is] in the gospel throughout all the churches,

jub@2Corinthians:8:19 @ and not [that] only, but who was also ordained by the churches to travel with us with this grace, which is administered by us to the glory of the same Lord and [declaration of] your ready desire,

jub@2Corinthians:8:22 @ And we have sent with them our brother, whom we have oftentimes proved diligent in many things, but now much more diligent, upon the great confidence which [we have] in you.

jub@2Corinthians:9:4 @ lest haply if those of Macedonia come with me and find you unprepared, we (that we say not, ye) should be ashamed of this our confidence.

jub@2Corinthians:10:2 @ but I beseech [you] that I [need] not be bold when I am present with that confidence, with which I am esteemed to use against some who regard us as if we walked according to the flesh.

jub@2Corinthians:10:12 @ For we dare not mix ourselves in with or compare ourselves with some that commend themselves, but they do not understand that they are measuring themselves by themselves and comparing themselves among themselves.

jub@2Corinthians:10:14 @ For we do not overextend ourselves by reaching unto you; for we are also come unto you with the gospel of the Christ,

jub@2Corinthians:10:16 @ to preach the gospel in the [regions] beyond you, without [entering into] the measure of another to glory in that which has already been made ready.

jub@2Corinthians:11:1 @ I wish ye could bear with me a little in [my] folly and indeed bear with me.

jub@2Corinthians:11:2 @ For I am jealous over you with the jealousy of God, for I have espoused you to one husband, that I may present [you as] a chaste virgin to the Christ.

jub@2Corinthians:11:4 @ Therefore if anyone comes preaching another Jesus whom we have not preached or [if] ye receive another spirit from that which ye have received or another gospel from that which ye have accepted, ye bear well with [it].

jub@2Corinthians:11:9 @ And when I was present with you and had need, I was not a burden to any [of you], for that which was lacking to me was supplied by the brethren which came from Macedonia; and in all [things] I have kept myself from being burdensome unto you, and [so] will I keep [myself].

jub@2Corinthians:11:25 @ Three times I was beaten with rods, once I was stoned; three times I suffered shipwreck, night and day I have been in the deep;

jub@2Corinthians:11:28 @ Beside those things that are without, my daily combat is the welfare of all the churches.

jub@2Corinthians:11:32 @ In Damascus the governor under Aretas the king kept the city of the Damascenes with a garrison, desirous to apprehend me;

jub@2Corinthians:12:16 @ But be it so, I did not burden you; nevertheless, being crafty, I caught you with guile.

jub@2Corinthians:12:18 @ I besought Titus and with [him] I sent a brother. Did Titus defraud you? Did we not walk in the same Spirit and in the same steps?

jub@2Corinthians:13:4 @ For though he was crucified through weakness, yet he lives by the power of God. By which we also are weak in him, but we shall live with him by the power of God in you.

jub@2Corinthians:13:10 @ Therefore I write these things being absent lest being present I should treat you with more severity, according to the power which the Lord has given me for edification, and not for destruction.

jub@2Corinthians:13:11 @ For the rest, brethren, that ye may have joy, be perfected, have consolation, be of one mind, having peace; and the God of peace and charity shall be with you.

jub@2Corinthians:13:12 @ Greet one another with a holy kiss.

jub@2Corinthians:13:14 @ The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ and the charity of God and the communion of the Holy Spirit [be] with you all. Amen.:

jub@Galatians:1:2 @ and all the brethren who are with me, unto the churches of Galatia:

jub@Galatians:1:16 @ to reveal his Son in me that I might preach him among the Gentiles, immediately I did not confer with flesh and blood,

jub@Galatians:1:18 @ Then after three years I went up to Jerusalem to see Peter and abode with him fifteen days.

jub@Galatians:2:1 @ Then fourteen years later I went up again to Jerusalem with Barnabas and took Titus with [me] also.

jub@Galatians:2:3 @ But not even Titus, who was with me, being a Greek, was compelled to be circumcised,

jub@Galatians:2:5 @ Unto whom we did not submit even for one hour that the truth of the gospel might remain with you.

jub@Galatians:2:11 @ But when Peter was come to Antioch, I withstood him to the face because he was to be blamed.

jub@Galatians:2:12 @ For before certain ones came from James, he ate with the Gentiles, but when they were come, he withdrew and separated himself, fearing those who were of the circumcision.

jub@Galatians:2:13 @ And the other Jews dissembled likewise with him, insomuch that Barnabas also was carried away with their hypocrisy.

jub@Galatians:2:20 @ I am crucified with Christ; nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ lives in me, and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.

jub@Galatians:3:9 @ So then those who are of faith are blessed with Abraham, the believer.

jub@Galatians:4:18 @ It is good to be always zealous to [do] good, and not only when I am present with you.

jub@Galatians:4:20 @ I desire to be present with you now and to change my voice, for I stand in doubt of you.

jub@Galatians:4:25 @ For this Hagar or Sinai is a mount in Arabia, which corresponds to the one that is now Jerusalem, which [together] with her children is in bondage.

jub@Galatians:4:30 @ Nevertheless what does the scripture say? Cast out the bondwoman and her son, for the son of the bondwoman shall not be heir with the son of the freewoman.

jub@Galatians:5:1 @ Stand fast therefore in the liberty with which Christ has made us free and do not be entangled again with the yoke of bondage.

jub@Galatians:5:24 @ For those that are of the Christ have crucified the flesh with its affections and lusts.

jub@Galatians:6:11 @ Ye see how large a letter I have written unto you with my own hand.

jub@Galatians:6:18 @ Brethren, the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ [be] with your spirit. Amen.:

jub@Ephesians:1:3 @ Blessed [be] the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly [things] in Christ;

jub@Ephesians:1:4 @ according as he has chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blemish before him in charity;

jub@Ephesians:1:13 @ In whom ye also [trusted], hearing the word of truth, the gospel of your saving health; in whom also after ye believed, ye were sealed with that Holy Spirit of the promise,

jub@Ephesians:2:4 @ But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great charity with which he loved us,

jub@Ephesians:2:5 @ even as we were dead in sins, he has made us alive together with the Christ (by [whose] grace ye are saved)

jub@Ephesians:2:12 @ that at that time ye were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world,

jub@Ephesians:2:16 @ and to reconcile both with God by the stake in one body, having slain the enmity thereby;

jub@Ephesians:2:19 @ Now therefore ye are no longer strangers and foreigners, but fellowcitizens with the saints and of the household of God,

jub@Ephesians:3:12 @ In whom we have security and access with confidence by the faith of him.

jub@Ephesians:3:16 @ that he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man,

jub@Ephesians:3:18 @ may be able to [well] comprehend with all saints what [is] the breadth and length and depth and height

jub@Ephesians:3:19 @ and to know the charity of the Christ, which passes all knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fullness of God.

jub@Ephesians:4:1 @ I therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you that ye walk worthy of the vocation with which ye are called,

jub@Ephesians:4:2 @ with all humility and meekness, with tolerance, forbearing one another in love,

jub@Ephesians:4:14 @ That we no longer be children, tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men [and] cunning craftiness, by which they lie in wait to deceive,

jub@Ephesians:4:19 @ who, after losing all sense [of feeling] have given themselves over unto lasciviousness to work all uncleanness with greediness.

jub@Ephesians:4:25 @ Therefore, leaving the lie, speak every man truth with his neighbour, for we are members one of another.

jub@Ephesians:4:28 @ Let him that stole steal no more, but rather let him labour, working with [his] hands that which is good, that he may have to give to him that is in need.

jub@Ephesians:4:30 @ And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God with which ye are sealed for the day of redemption.

jub@Ephesians:4:31 @ Let all bitterness and wrath and anger and clamour and evil speaking be taken away from you, with all malice,

jub@Ephesians:5:6 @ Let no one deceive you with vain words, for because of these things the wrath of God comes upon the sons of disobedience.

jub@Ephesians:5:7 @ Be not ye, therefore, partakers with them.

jub@Ephesians:5:11 @ And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove [them].

jub@Ephesians:5:18 @ And be not drunk with wine, in which there is excess, but be filled with the Spirit,

jub@Ephesians:5:19 @ speaking among yourselves with psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and praising the Lord in your hearts,

jub@Ephesians:5:27 @ that he might present her glorious for himself, a church, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing, but that she should be holy and without blemish.

jub@Ephesians:5:29 @ For no one ever hated his own flesh, but nourishes and cherishes it even as the Lord with his church:

jub@Ephesians:6:2 @ Honour thy father and mother (which is the first commandment with a promise),

jub@Ephesians:6:3 @ that it may be well with thee, and thou may live long on the earth.

jub@Ephesians:6:5 @ Servants, be obedient to those that are [your] masters according to the flesh, with fear and trembling, in simplicity of your heart as unto the Christ,

jub@Ephesians:6:6 @ not to be seen as [only] pleasing men, but as the servants of the Christ, doing the will of God from within,

jub@Ephesians:6:7 @ with good will doing service as to the Lord and not to men,

jub@Ephesians:6:13 @ Therefore, take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day and stand [fast], all [the work having] been finished.

jub@Ephesians:6:14 @ Stand [firm], therefore, having your loins girt about with truth and having on the breastplate, of righteousness,

jub@Ephesians:6:15 @ and your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace,

jub@Ephesians:6:16 @ above all, taking the shield of faith, with which ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.

jub@Ephesians:6:18 @ praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit and watching in this with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints

jub@Ephesians:6:19 @ and for me, that utterance may be given unto me, that I may open my mouth with confidence, to make known the mystery of the gospel,

jub@Ephesians:6:23 @ Peace [be] to the brethren and charity with faith, from God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

jub@Ephesians:6:24 @ Grace [be] with all those that love our Lord Jesus Christ in incorruption. Amen.:

jub@Philippians:1:1 @ Paul and Timothy, servants of Jesus Christ, to all the saints in Christ Jesus who are at Philippi, with the bishops and deacons:

jub@Philippians:1:4 @ always in every prayer of mine for you all, making request with joy,

jub@Philippians:1:10 @ that ye may approve the best, that ye may be sincere and without offense until the day of Christ,

jub@Philippians:1:11 @ being filled with fruits of righteousness, which [are] by Jesus Christ, unto the glory and praise of God.

jub@Philippians:1:14 @ and many of the brethren in the Lord, waxing confident by my bonds, are much more bold to speak the word without fear.

jub@Philippians:1:18 @ What then? notwithstanding, every way, whether in pretense, or in truth, Christ is preached, and I therein do rejoice, and will even rejoice.

jub@Philippians:1:20 @ according to my earnest expectation and [my] hope, that in nothing I shall be ashamed, but [that] with all boldness, as always, [so] now also Christ shall be magnified in my body, whether [it be] by life or by death.

jub@Philippians:1:23 @ For I am in a strait between [the] two, having a desire to depart and to be with Christ, which is far better:

jub@Philippians:1:25 @ And having this confidence, I know that I shall abide and continue with you all for your furtherance and joy of faith,

jub@Philippians:2:4 @ [with] each one not looking to their own things, but also to the things of others.

jub@Philippians:2:6 @ who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God,

jub@Philippians:2:12 @ Therefore, my beloved, as ye have always hearkened, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own saving health with fear and trembling.

jub@Philippians:2:14 @ Do all things without murmurings and doubts,

jub@Philippians:2:15 @ that ye may be blameless and innocent, children of God without rebuke in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom ye shine as lights in the world,

jub@Philippians:2:17 @ And even if I am poured out as an offering upon the sacrifice and service of your faith, I joy and rejoice with you all.

jub@Philippians:2:18 @ For the same cause ye also have joy and rejoice with me.

jub@Philippians:2:22 @ But ye know the proof of him, that as a son with the father, he has served with me in the gospel.

jub@Philippians:2:23 @ Therefore, I hope to send him presently, so soon as I shall see how it will go with me.

jub@Philippians:2:29 @ Receive him therefore in the Lord with all gladness and esteem such

jub@Philippians:4:3 @ And I intreat thee also, true yokefellow, help those women who laboured with me in the gospel, with Clement also and [with] my other fellowlabourers, whose names [are] in the book of life.

jub@Philippians:4:6 @ Be anxious for nothing, but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known unto God.

jub@Philippians:4:9 @ Those things, which ye have both learned and received and heard and seen in me, do, and the God of peace shall be with you.

jub@Philippians:4:14 @ Notwithstanding ye have done well, that ye did communicate with my tribulation.

jub@Philippians:4:15 @ Now ye Philippians know also that in the beginning of the gospel when I departed from Macedonia, no church communicated with me as concerning giving and receiving, but ye only.

jub@Philippians:4:21 @ Greet every saint in Christ Jesus. The brethren who are with me greet you.

jub@Philippians:4:23 @ The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ [be] with you all. Amen.:

jub@Colossians:1:9 @ For this cause we also, since the day we heard [it], do not cease to pray for you, asking that ye might be filled with the knowledge of his will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding,

jub@Colossians:1:11 @ strengthened with all might, according to the power of his glory unto all patience and longsuffering with joyfulness,

jub@Colossians:2:4 @ And this I say lest anyone should beguile you with enticing words.

jub@Colossians:2:5 @ For though I am absent in the flesh, yet I am with you in the spirit, joying and beholding your order and the steadfastness of your faith in Christ.

jub@Colossians:2:7 @ rooted and built up in him and confirmed in the faith, as ye have been taught, abounding therein with thanksgiving.

jub@Colossians:2:11 @ In whom also ye are circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, in putting off the body of the sins of the flesh by the circumcision of the Christ;

jub@Colossians:2:12 @ buried together with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with [him] through the faith of the operation of God, who has raised him from the dead.

jub@Colossians:2:13 @ And you, being dead in sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, he has quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses,

jub@Colossians:2:20 @ For if ye are dead with the Christ to the elements of the world, why, as though living unto the world, do ye decree rites,

jub@Colossians:2:22 @ Which all perish with the using, because [they are] the commandments and doctrines of men,

jub@Colossians:3:1 @ If ye then are risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where the Christ sits at the right hand of God.

jub@Colossians:3:3 @ For ye are dead and your life is hid with the Christ in God.

jub@Colossians:3:4 @ When Christ, [who] is our life, shall be manifested, then shall ye also be manifested with him in glory.

jub@Colossians:3:9 @ Lie not one to another, putting off the old man with his deeds

jub@Colossians:3:10 @ and [being] clothed with the new [man], who is renewed in knowledge according to the image of the one that created him,

jub@Colossians:3:12 @ Clothed, therefore, (as the elect of God, holy and beloved) with bowels of mercies, with kindness, with humility, with meekness, with tolerance,

jub@Colossians:3:16 @ Let the word of the Christ dwell in you in abundance in all wisdom, teaching you and exhorting you one to another with psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, with grace singing in your hearts unto the Lord.

jub@Colossians:4:1 @ Masters, do that which is just and right with [your] servants, knowing that ye also have a Master in heaven.

jub@Colossians:4:2 @ Persevere in prayer and watch in the same with thanksgiving,

jub@Colossians:4:6 @ Let your word [be] always with grace, seasoned with salt, that ye may know how ye ought to answer each one.

jub@Colossians:4:9 @ with Onesimus, a faithful and beloved brother, who is [one] of you. They shall make known unto you all [the] things which [are happening] here.

jub@Colossians:4:18 @ The salutation by the hand of me Paul. Remember my bonds. Grace [be] with you. Amen.:

jub@1Thessalonians:1:3 @ remembering without ceasing the work of your faith and labour and charity and of waiting with the hope of our Lord Jesus Christ in the sight of our God and Father,

jub@1Thessalonians:1:6 @ And ye were made imitators of us and of the Lord, having received the word with much tribulation, with joy of the Holy Spirit:

jub@1Thessalonians:2:2 @ but having suffered before and having been shamefully treated, as ye know, at Philippi, we were bold in our God to announce unto you the gospel of God with much diligence.

jub@1Thessalonians:2:4 @ but because we have been approved of God that he might entrust us with the gospel, even so we speak, not as pleasing men, but God, who tries our hearts.

jub@1Thessalonians:2:5 @ For we were never flatterers in the word, as ye know, nor tainted with covetousness, God [is] witness,

jub@1Thessalonians:2:11 @ as ye know how we exhorted and comforted and charged every one of you, as a father [with] his children,

jub@1Thessalonians:2:13 @ For this cause also we thank God without ceasing, that having received from us the word to hear from God, ye received [it] not [as] the word of men, (but as it is in truth) the word of God, which effectually works in you that believe.

jub@1Thessalonians:2:17 @ But we, brethren, being taken from you for a short time in presence, not in heart, endeavoured the more abundantly with great desire to see your face.

jub@1Thessalonians:3:4 @ For even when we were with you, we told you in advance that we must pass through tribulations, even as it has come to pass, and ye know.

jub@1Thessalonians:3:9 @ For what thanks can we render to God again for you for all the joy with which we joy for your sakes before our God,

jub@1Thessalonians:3:12 @ And the Lord make you to multiply and make charity to abound among you and toward all [men], even as it [is] with us toward you,

jub@1Thessalonians:3:13 @ that your hearts may be confirmed in holiness, irreprehensible before God, even our Father, for the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ with all his saints.:

jub@1Thessalonians:4:5 @ not with affection of lust, as the Gentiles who do not know God,

jub@1Thessalonians:4:11 @ and that ye procure to be quiet and to do your business and to work with your hands, as we commanded you,

jub@1Thessalonians:4:12 @ that ye may walk honestly toward those that are without, and [that] ye may desire nothing from any one.

jub@1Thessalonians:4:14 @ For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so those who sleep in Jesus will God also bring with him.

jub@1Thessalonians:4:16 @ For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trumpet of God; and the dead in Christ shall rise first;

jub@1Thessalonians:4:17 @ then we who are alive [and] remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air, and so shall we ever be with the Lord.

jub@1Thessalonians:4:18 @ Therefore comfort one another with these words.:

jub@1Thessalonians:5:3 @ For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction shall come upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape.

jub@1Thessalonians:5:10 @ who died for us, that whether we watch or sleep, we should live together with him.

jub@1Thessalonians:5:14 @ We also exhort you, brethren, that you warn those that are unruly, comfort the fainthearted, support the weak, be patient with everyone.

jub@1Thessalonians:5:17 @ Pray without ceasing.

jub@1Thessalonians:5:23 @ And the very God of peace sanctify you completely, that your spirit, soul, and body be preserved whole without reprehension for the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.

jub@1Thessalonians:5:26 @ Greet all the brethren with a holy kiss.

jub@1Thessalonians:5:28 @ The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ [be] with you. Amen.:

jub@2Thessalonians:1:6 @ seeing [it is] a just thing with God to recompense tribulation to those that trouble you

jub@2Thessalonians:1:7 @ and to give you, who are troubled, rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with the angels of his power,

jub@2Thessalonians:1:8 @ with flaming fire, to take vengeance on those that do not know God and do not obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ,

jub@2Thessalonians:1:9 @ who shall be punished with eternal destruction by the presence of the Lord and by the glory of his power,

jub@2Thessalonians:1:11 @ Therefore in this manner we pray always for you that our God would count you worthy of his calling and fill each will with goodness and the work of faith with power

jub@2Thessalonians:2:5 @ Remember ye not, that when I was yet with you, I told you these things?

jub@2Thessalonians:2:8 @ And then shall that Wicked [one] be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the Spirit of his mouth and remove with the clarity of his coming:

jub@2Thessalonians:2:9 @ [that wicked one], who shall come by the working of Satan with great power and signs and lying miracles,

jub@2Thessalonians:2:10 @ and with all deception of iniquity [working] in those that perish because they did not receive the charity of the truth, to be saved.

jub@2Thessalonians:3:1 @ Finally, brethren, pray for us, that the word of the Lord may have [free] course and be glorified, even as [it is] with you,

jub@2Thessalonians:3:6 @ Now we charge you, brethren, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye withdraw yourselves from every brother that walks out of order, and not after the doctrine which ye received of us.

jub@2Thessalonians:3:8 @ neither did we eat any man's bread for nought, but working with labour and travail night and day, that we might not be a burden to any of you,

jub@2Thessalonians:3:10 @ For even when we were with you, this we declared unto you, that if anyone desires not to work neither should he eat.

jub@2Thessalonians:3:12 @ Now those that are such, we charge and exhort in our Lord Jesus Christ, that working with quietness, they eat their bread.

jub@2Thessalonians:3:14 @ And if anyone does not hearken unto our word by this epistle, note that one and do not join with him, that he may be ashamed.

jub@2Thessalonians:3:16 @ Now the Lord of peace himself give you peace always by every means. The Lord [be] with you all.

jub@2Thessalonians:3:18 @ The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ [be] with you all. Amen.:

jub@1Timothy:1:14 @ And the grace of our Lord was exceedingly abundant with faith and love which is in Christ Jesus.

jub@1Timothy:2:8 @ I desire, therefore, that the men in every place, pray, lifting up holy hands, without wrath and strife.

jub@1Timothy:2:9 @ In like manner also that the women adorn themselves in an honest manner, with shyness and modesty, not with ostentatious hair or gold or pearls or costly clothing

jub@1Timothy:2:10 @ but with good works (as becomes women professing godliness).

jub@1Timothy:2:15 @ notwithstanding she shall be saved in childbearing, if she continues in faith and charity and sanctification and modesty.:

jub@1Timothy:3:4 @ one that rules well his own house, having his children in subjection with all integrity;

jub@1Timothy:3:9 @ holding the mystery of the faith [together] with a pure conscience.

jub@1Timothy:3:16 @ And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory.:

jub@1Timothy:4:2 @ that in hypocrisy shall speak lies; having their conscience seared as with a hot iron;

jub@1Timothy:4:3 @ they shall forbid to marry and shall command [men] to abstain from foods, which God has created to be received with thanksgiving by those who are faithful and have known the truth.

jub@1Timothy:4:4 @ For everything that God created [is] good, and nothing [is] to be refused, if it is received with thanksgiving,

jub@1Timothy:4:15 @ Occupy thyself in these things [with care], for in this is [everything], that thy profiting may be manifest unto all.

jub@1Timothy:5:2 @ the elder women as mothers, the younger as sisters, with all purity.

jub@1Timothy:5:21 @ I charge [thee] before God and the Lord Jesus Christ and the elect angels, that thou observe these things without preferring one before another, doing nothing by partiality.

jub@1Timothy:6:5 @ perverse disputings of men of corrupt understanding, and destitute of the truth, using piety as a source of gain: from such withdraw thyself.

jub@1Timothy:6:6 @ But piety with contentment is great gain.

jub@1Timothy:6:8 @ So that, sustenance and covering, let us be content with this.

jub@1Timothy:6:10 @ For the love of money is the root of all evil, which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.

jub@1Timothy:6:14 @ that thou keep the commandment without spot, unrebukeable, until the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ,

jub@1Timothy:6:21 @ which some professing have erred concerning the faith. Grace [be] with thee. Amen.:

jub@2Timothy:1:3 @ I thank God, whom I serve from [my] forefathers with [a] pure conscience, that without ceasing I have remembrance of thee in my prayers night and day,

jub@2Timothy:1:4 @ greatly desiring to see thee (being mindful of thy tears), that I may be filled with joy,

jub@2Timothy:1:9 @ who has saved us and called [us] with a holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the times of the ages,

jub@2Timothy:2:4 @ No man that wars entangles himself with the affairs of [this] life, that he may please him who has chosen him to be a soldier.

jub@2Timothy:2:10 @ Therefore, I endure all things for the sake of the elect, that they may also obtain the saving health which is in Christ Jesus with eternal glory.

jub@2Timothy:2:11 @ [This is] a faithful word: That if we are dead with [him], we shall also live with [him];

jub@2Timothy:2:12 @ if we suffer, we shall also reign with [him]; if we deny [him], he also will deny us;

jub@2Timothy:2:22 @ Flee also youthful lusts, but follow righteousness, faith, charity, peace, with those that call on the Lord out of a pure heart.

jub@2Timothy:2:25 @ that with meekness they might teach those that resist, if God peradventure will grant unto them that they might repent and know the truth,

jub@2Timothy:3:3 @ without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, without temperance, without meekness, without goodness,

jub@2Timothy:3:6 @ For of this sort are those who creep into houses and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with various lusts,

jub@2Timothy:4:2 @ Preach the word; be instant in season [and] out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.

jub@2Timothy:4:11 @ Only Luke is with me. Take Mark and bring him with thee, for he is profitable to me for the ministry.

jub@2Timothy:4:13 @ The cloak that I left at Troas in the house of Carpus, when thou comest, bring [with thee] and the books, [but] especially the parchments.

jub@2Timothy:4:16 @ At my first answer no one stood with me, but all [men] forsook me: let it not be imputed unto them.

jub@2Timothy:4:17 @ But the Lord stood with me and strengthened me, that by me the preaching might be fully known and [that] all the Gentiles might hear, and I was delivered out of the mouth of the lion.

jub@2Timothy:4:22 @ The Lord Jesus Christ [be] with thy spirit. Grace [be] with you. Amen.:

jub@Titus:2:15 @ These things speak and exhort and rebuke with all authority. Let no one despise thee.:

jub@Titus:3:15 @ All that are with me salute thee. Greet those that love us in the faith. Grace [be] with you all. Amen.:

jub@Philemon:1:13 @ I desired to retain him with me, that in thy stead he might have ministered unto me in the bonds of the gospel,

jub@Philemon:1:14 @ but I did not want to do anything without thy counsel, that thy benefit should not be as it were of necessity, but willingly.

jub@Philemon:1:19 @ I Paul have written [it] with my own hand, I will repay [it]; albeit I do not say to thee how thou owest unto me even thine own self besides.

jub@Philemon:1:25 @ The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ [be] with your spirit. Amen.:

jub@Hebrews:1:9 @ Thou hast loved righteousness and hated iniquity; therefore, God, [even] thy God, has anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows.

jub@Hebrews:2:1 @ Therefore, it is necessary that we with more diligence keep the things which we have heard, so that we do not fall.

jub@Hebrews:2:4 @ God also bearing [them] witness, both with signs and wonders and with diverse miracles and gifts of the Holy Spirit, distributing them according to his own will?

jub@Hebrews:2:7 @ Thou didst make him a little lower than the angels; thou didst crown him with glory and honour and didst set him over the works of thy hands.

jub@Hebrews:2:9 @ But we see this same Jesus, crowned with glory and honour, who was made a little lower than the angels for the suffering of death, that he by the grace of God should taste death for every man.

jub@Hebrews:3:10 @ Therefore, I was indignant with that generation and said, They do always err from [their] heart, and they have not known my ways.

jub@Hebrews:3:16 @ For some of those that came out of Egypt with Moses, when they had heard, did provoke; howbeit not all.

jub@Hebrews:3:17 @ But with whom was he indignant forty years? [Was it] not with those that had sinned, whose carcasses fell in the wilderness?

jub@Hebrews:4:2 @ For unto us was the gospel preached, as well as unto them, but it did not profit those that heard the word without mixing [it] with faith.

jub@Hebrews:4:15 @ For we [do] not have a high priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but was in all points tempted like as [we are], yet without sin.

jub@Hebrews:5:2 @ who can have compassion on the ignorant and on those that are in error; for he himself is also compassed with weakness.

jub@Hebrews:5:7 @ Who in the days of his flesh, when he had offered up prayers and supplications with strong crying and tears unto him that was able to save him from death, was heard because of [his] reverent fear;

jub@Hebrews:6:19 @ which we have as an anchor of the soul, both sure and steadfast, and which enters even [into] that which is within the veil,

jub@Hebrews:7:3 @ without father, without mother, without lineage, having neither beginning of days, nor end of life, but made like unto the Son of God; abides a priest continually.

jub@Hebrews:7:7 @ And without any contradiction the less is blessed of the better.

jub@Hebrews:7:20 @ And [even more], inasmuch as it [is] not without an oath

jub@Hebrews:7:21 @ (for the others indeed without an oath were made priests, but this one with an oath by him that said unto him, The Lord swore and will not repent, Thou [art] a priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec);

jub@Hebrews:8:8 @ For finding fault with them, he said, Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, when I will make a new testament with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah,

jub@Hebrews:8:9 @ not according to the testament that I made with their fathers in the day when I took them by the hand to lead them out of the land of Egypt, because they did not continue in my testament, and I regarded them not, saith the Lord.

jub@Hebrews:9:4 @ which had a golden censer and the ark of the covenant overlaid round about with gold, in which [was] the golden urn that had the manna, and Aaron's rod that budded, and the tables of the testament,

jub@Hebrews:9:7 @ But into the second the high priest [went] alone once every year, not without blood, which he offered for his [own] ignorance, and [for] that of the people:

jub@Hebrews:9:11 @ But Christ being now come, high priest of the good things to come, by a greater and more perfect tabernacle, not made with hands, that is to say, not of this creation,

jub@Hebrews:9:14 @ how much more shall the blood of the Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from the works of death to serve the living God?

jub@Hebrews:9:18 @ From which came that not even the first [one] was dedicated without blood.

jub@Hebrews:9:19 @ For when Moses had read every commandment of the law to all the people, taking the blood of calves and of goats, with water, and scarlet wool, and hyssop, he sprinkled both the book and all the people,

jub@Hebrews:9:21 @ Moreover he sprinkled with blood both the tabernacle and all the vessels of the ministry.

jub@Hebrews:9:22 @ And almost all things are by the law purged with blood, and without shedding of blood [there] is no remission.

jub@Hebrews:9:23 @ So that it was necessary that the figures of the heavenly things should be purified with these, but the heavenly things themselves with better sacrifices than these.

jub@Hebrews:9:24 @ For Christ is not entered into the sanctuary made with hands (which is a figure of the true), but into the heaven itself, now to appear in the presence of God for us,

jub@Hebrews:9:25 @ nor yet that he should offer himself many times (as the high priest enters into the sanctuary each year with blood that is not his own);

jub@Hebrews:9:28 @ so also the Christ is offered once to take away the sins of many; and unto those that wait for him without sin he shall appear the second time unto saving health.:

jub@Hebrews:10:16 @ This is the testament that I will make with them after those days, saith the Lord, I will give my laws in their hearts, and in their souls will I write them;

jub@Hebrews:10:22 @ let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts purified from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water;

jub@Hebrews:10:23 @ let us hold fast the profession of [our] hope without wavering (for he [is] faithful that promised).

jub@Hebrews:10:28 @ He that despised the law of Moses died without mercy under two or three witnesses:

jub@Hebrews:10:29 @ Of how much greater punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who has trodden under foot the Son of God and has counted the blood of the covenant, with which he was sanctified, an unholy thing and has done despite unto the Spirit of grace?

jub@Hebrews:11:6 @ But without faith [it is] impossible to please God; for he that comes to God must believe that he is and [that] he is a rewarder of those that diligently seek him.

jub@Hebrews:11:7 @ By faith Noah, having received revelation of things not seen as yet, with great care prepared an ark to the saving of his house, by which he condemned the world and was made heir of the righteousness which is by faith.

jub@Hebrews:11:9 @ By faith he sojourned in the promised land, as [in] a strange country, dwelling in booths with Isaac and Jacob, the heirs with him of the same promise;

jub@Hebrews:11:25 @ choosing rather to suffer affliction with the people of God than to enjoy the pleasures of sin for a season,

jub@Hebrews:11:31 @ By faith the harlot Rahab did not perish together with the disobedient, having received the spies with peace.

jub@Hebrews:11:37 @ they were stoned; they were sawn asunder, were tempted, were slain with the sword; they wandered about in sheepskins and goatskins; poor, afflicted, mistreated,

jub@Hebrews:11:40 @ God having provided some better thing for us, that [they] without us should not be made perfect.:

jub@Hebrews:12:1 @ Therefore, seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, leaving behind all the weight of the sin which surrounds us, let us run with patience the race that is set before us,

jub@Hebrews:12:2 @ with our eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and finisher of [our] faith, who having been offered joy, endured the stake, despising the shame and was seated at the right hand of the throne of God.

jub@Hebrews:12:7 @ If ye endure chastening, God deals with you as with sons; for what son is he whom the father does not chasten?

jub@Hebrews:12:8 @ But if ye are without chastisement, of which all [the sons] are partakers, then ye are bastards, and not sons.

jub@Hebrews:12:14 @ Follow peace with everyone and holiness, without which no one shall see the Lord:

jub@Hebrews:12:17 @ For ye know how that afterward, desiring to inherit the blessing, he was rejected; for he found no place of repentance, though he sought it carefully with tears.

jub@Hebrews:12:18 @ For ye are not come unto the mount that might be touched and that burned with fire nor unto blackness and darkness and tempest

jub@Hebrews:12:20 @ (for they could not endure that which was commanded, and if so much as a beast should touch the mountain, it shall be stoned or thrust through with a dart:

jub@Hebrews:12:28 @ Therefore, receiving a kingdom which cannot be moved, let us hold fast to the grace, by which we serve God, pleasing him with reverence and godly fear:

jub@Hebrews:13:3 @ Remember those that are in bonds as bound with them [and] those who suffer adversity as being yourselves also in the body.

jub@Hebrews:13:5 @ [Let your] conversation [be] without covetousness, [and be] content with such things as ye have; for he has said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.

jub@Hebrews:13:9 @ Be not taken out of the way with diverse and strange doctrines. For [it is] a good thing that the heart be established with grace, not with foods which have not profited those that have been occupied with them.

jub@Hebrews:13:12 @ Therefore, Jesus also, that he might sanctify the people with his own blood, suffered outside the gate.

jub@Hebrews:13:16 @ Do not forget to do good and to fellowship; for with such sacrifices God is well pleased.

jub@Hebrews:13:17 @ Listen to your pastors, and do not resist them, for they watch for your souls as those that must give account, that they may do it with joy, and not with grief; for that [is] unprofitable for you.

jub@Hebrews:13:23 @ Know ye that [our] brother Timothy is set at liberty; with whom, if he comes shortly, I will see you.

jub@Hebrews:13:25 @ Grace [be] with you all. Amen.:

jub@James:1:5 @ And if any of you lacks wisdom, let them ask of God (who gives abundantly to all, and without reproach), and it shall be given them.

jub@James:1:11 @ For the sun is no sooner risen with a burning heat, but it withers the grass, and its flower falls, and the beautiful appearance of it perishes: so also shall the rich man fade away in his ways.

jub@James:1:13 @ Let no one say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God; for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither does he tempt anyone:

jub@James:1:17 @ Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness neither shadow of turning.

jub@James:1:18 @ He, of his own will, has begotten us with the word of truth, that we should be the firstfruits of his creatures.

jub@James:1:21 @ So then, leave all uncleanness and remains of malice and receive with meekness the word ingested within you, which is able to cause your souls to be saved.

jub@James:2:1 @ My brethren, do not have the faith of our Lord Jesus, the glorious Christ, with respect of persons.

jub@James:2:2 @ For if a man with a gold ring and in precious apparel comes into your synagogue and a poor person in vile raiment also comes in,

jub@James:2:6 @ But ye have despised the poor. Do not the rich oppress you with tyranny and draw you [with violence] to the courts?

jub@James:2:13 @ For judgment without mercy shall be done unto the one that has showed no mercy; and mercy boasts against judgment.

jub@James:2:18 @ But someone may say, Thou hast faith, and I have works; show me thy faith without thy works, and I will show thee my faith by my works.

jub@James:2:20 @ But, O vain man, dost thou desire to know that faith without works is dead?

jub@James:2:22 @ Dost thou not see how the faith worked together with his works, and the faith was complete by the works?

jub@James:2:26 @ For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also.:

jub@James:3:2 @ For we all offend in many things. If any man offends not in word, the same [is] a perfect man, [and] able also to govern the whole body with restraint.

jub@James:3:4 @ Behold also the ships, which though [they are] so great are driven of fierce winds, yet they are governed with a very small rudder, wherever the governor desires.

jub@James:3:9 @ With it we bless God, even the Father; and with it we curse men, who are made in the image of God.

jub@James:4:4 @ Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? Whosoever therefore that desires to be a friend of the world, makes himself the enemy of God.

jub@James:5:3 @ Your gold and silver is corrupted with rust; and the rust of them shall be a witness against you and shall completely eat your flesh, as fire. Ye have heaped treasure together for the last days.

jub@James:5:14 @ Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray for him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord;

jub@1Peter:1:2 @ chosen (according to the foreknowledge of God the Father) in sanctification of the Spirit, to obey and be sprinkled with the blood of Jesus, the Christ, Grace and peace, be multiplied unto you.

jub@1Peter:1:7 @ that the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold (which perishes, nevertheless it is tried with fire), might be found unto praise and glory and honour when Jesus, the Christ, is made manifest;

jub@1Peter:1:8 @ whom having not seen, ye love; in whom, though at present ye see [him] not, yet believing, ye rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory;

jub@1Peter:1:13 @ Therefore, having the loins of your understanding girded with temperance, wait perfectly in the grace that is presented unto you when Jesus, the Christ, is manifested unto you,

jub@1Peter:1:14 @ as obedient sons, not conforming yourselves with the former desires that you had before in your ignorance,

jub@1Peter:1:17 @ And if ye invoke as Father, he who without respect of persons judges according to the work of each one, converse in fear the entire time of your sojourning [here],

jub@1Peter:1:18 @ knowing that ye have been ransomed from your vain conversation (which you received from your fathers), not with corruptible things [like] silver and gold,

jub@1Peter:1:19 @ but with the precious blood of the Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without contamination,

jub@1Peter:1:22 @ Having purified your souls in the obedience of the truth, by the Spirit, in unfeigned brotherly love, love one another with a pure heart fervently,

jub@1Peter:1:24 @ For all flesh [is] as grass, and all the glory of man as the flower of grass. The grass withers, and its flower falls away,

jub@1Peter:2:18 @ Servants, [be] subject to [your] masters with all fear, not only to the good and humane, but also to the unjust.

jub@1Peter:3:1 @ Likewise, ye wives, [be] in subjection to your own husbands, so that also those who do not obey the Word, may be won without a word by the conversation of their wives,

jub@1Peter:3:3 @ Let their adorning not be outward with ostentatious hairdos and wearing of gold nor in composition of apparel,

jub@1Peter:3:4 @ but [let] the interior adorning of the heart be without corruption, and of an agreeable spirit and peaceful, which is precious in the sight of God.

jub@1Peter:3:7 @ Likewise, ye husbands, dwell with [them] wisely, giving honour unto the woman, as unto a more fragile vessel and as being heirs together of the grace of life, that your prayers not be hindered.

jub@1Peter:3:15 @ but sanctify the Lord God in your hearts, and [be] ready always to respond to every man that asks you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and reverence,

jub@1Peter:4:1 @ Since the Christ has suffered for us in the flesh, be ye also armed with the same thought; for he that has suffered in the flesh has ceased from sin,

jub@1Peter:4:4 @ And it seems strange to those that speak evil of you, that ye do not run with [them] to the same unchecked dissolution;

jub@1Peter:4:9 @ Lovingly be hospitable one to another without murmuring.

jub@1Peter:4:17 @ For it is time that the judgment begins from the house of God; and if [it] first [begins] with us, what shall the end [be] of those that do not obey the gospel of God?

jub@1Peter:4:18 @ And if the righteous are saved with difficulty, where shall the unfaithful and the sinner appear?

jub@1Peter:5:1 @ The elders who are among you I exhort (I am also an elder with them and a witness of the afflictions of the Christ, and also a participant of the glory that shall be revealed).

jub@1Peter:5:2 @ Feed the flock of God which is among you, caring for her, not by force, but willingly; not for shameful lucre, but with willing desire;

jub@1Peter:5:5 @ Likewise, young people, be subject to the elders in such a manner that you are all subject to one another. Be clothed with humility of will, for God resists the proud and gives grace to the humble.

jub@1Peter:5:13 @ The [church that is] at Babylon, chosen together with [you], salutes you and [so does] Mark, my son.

jub@1Peter:5:14 @ Greet one another with a kiss of charity. Peace [be] with you all that are in Jesus, the Christ. Amen.:

jub@2Peter:1:1 @ Simon Peter, servant and apostle of Jesus Christ, to those that have obtained like precious faith with us in the righteousness of our God and Saviour Jesus Christ:

jub@2Peter:1:9 @ But he that lacks these things is blind and walks feeling the way with his hand, having forgotten that he was purged from his old sins.

jub@2Peter:1:15 @ I will also make sure with diligence that after my decease ye might remember these things.

jub@2Peter:1:18 @ And we heard this voice which came from heaven, when we were together with him in the holy mount.

jub@2Peter:2:3 @ and in covetousness they shall make merchandise of you with feigned words, upon whom the condemnation from a long time ago does not delay, and their perdition does not sleep.

jub@2Peter:2:5 @ and if [he] did not forgive the old world, but kept Noah, a preacher of righteousness, with seven other persons, bringing in the flood upon the world of the ungodly;

jub@2Peter:2:6 @ and if [he] condemned by destruction the cities of Sodom and Gomorrha, turning them into ashes, making [them] an example unto those that after should live without fear and reverence of God;

jub@2Peter:2:8 @ (for that righteous man dwelling among them, in seeing and hearing, afflicted [his] righteous soul from day to day with the deeds of those unjust [people]);

jub@2Peter:2:12 @ But these, speaking evil of the things that they do not understand (as natural animals without reason, who are made to be taken and destroyed), shall utterly perish in their own corruption,

jub@2Peter:2:13 @ receiving the reward of their unrighteousness, [as] those that count it pleasure to live luxuriously every day. These are spots and blemishes, who eat [together] with you, while at the same time they revel in their deceit,

jub@2Peter:2:16 @ and was rebuked for his iniquity; a dumb animal accustomed to a yoke (upon which he was seated), speaking with man's voice, hindered the madness of the prophet.

jub@2Peter:2:17 @ These are wells without water, clouds that are brought by [a] whirlwind, to whom gross darkness is reserved for ever.

jub@2Peter:3:1 @ Beloved, I now write unto you this second epistle, in which I alert with exhortation your pure understanding,

jub@2Peter:3:6 @ by which the world that then was, being overflowed with water, perished;

jub@2Peter:3:9 @ The Lord is not late concerning his promise, as some count lateness, but is patient with us, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

jub@2Peter:3:10 @ But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night, in which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements, burning, shall be dissolved, and the earth and the works that are in it shall be burned up.

jub@2Peter:3:12 @ waiting for and desiring earnestly for the coming of the day of God, in which the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?

jub@2Peter:3:14 @ Therefore, beloved, seeing that ye hope for such things, be diligent that ye may be found of him in peace, without spot and blameless.

jub@2Peter:3:17 @ Ye, therefore, beloved, seeing ye know [these things] in advance, be on guard lest by the error of the wicked ye be deceived with the others and fall from your own steadfastness.

jub@1John:1:1 @ That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, of the Word of life

jub@1John:1:2 @ (for the life is manifested, and we also saw [it] and bear witness and show unto you that eternal life, which was with the Father and appeared unto us);

jub@1John:1:3 @ that which we have seen and heard we declare unto you, that ye also may have communion with us; and truly our communion [is] with the Father and with his Son Jesus Christ.

jub@1John:1:6 @ If we say that we have fellowship with him and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth;

jub@1John:1:7 @ But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have communion with him in the midst of us, and the blood of Jesus Christ, his Son cleanses us from all sin.

jub@1John:2:19 @ They went out from us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would [no doubt] have continued with us; but [this happened] that it might be made manifest that they were not all of us.

jub@1John:4:17 @ In this the charity with us is made perfect, that we may have confidence in the day of judgment, that as he is, so are we in this world.

jub@2John:1:2 @ for the truth's sake, which abides in us and shall be with us for ever.

jub@2John:1:3 @ Grace be with you, mercy [and] peace, from God the Father and from the Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of the Father, in truth and charity.

jub@2John:1:12 @ Having many things to write unto you, I would not [write] with paper and ink, but I trust to come unto you and speak face to face, that our joy may be full.

jub@3John:1:5 @ Beloved, thou doest faithfully whatever thou doest regarding the brethren and with the strangers,

jub@3John:1:10 @ Therefore, if I come, I will cause his deeds to be understood, speaking against us with malicious words, and not content with this, he does not receive the brethren and forbids those that desire to receive them and casts [them] out of the church.

jub@3John:1:13 @ I had many things to write, but I will not with ink and pen write unto thee,

jub@Jude:1:4 @ For there are certain men crept in unawares without fear or reverence of God, who from beforehand have been ordained unto this condemnation, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness and denying God who alone has dominion, and our Lord Jesus, the Christ.

jub@Jude:1:9 @ Yet when Michael, the archangel, contended with the devil, disputing over the body of Moses, [he] dared not bring against him a curse of judgment, but said, The Lord reprehend thee.

jub@Jude:1:10 @ But these speak evil of those things which they do not know; but what they know by nature as animals without reason, in those things they corrupt themselves.

jub@Jude:1:12 @ These are spots in your banquets of charity, feeding themselves without any fear whatsoever: clouds without water, carried to and fro of the winds; trees withered as in fall, without fruit, twice dead, plucked up by the roots;

jub@Jude:1:14 @ And Enoch also, the seventh from Adam, prophesied of these, saying, Behold, the Lord comes with ten thousands of his saints

jub@Jude:1:22 @ And receive some with mercy, discerning;

jub@Jude:1:23 @ And others save with fear, pulling [them] out of the fire, hating even the garment defiled by the flesh.

jub@Jude:1:24 @ Now unto him that is powerful to keep you without sin and to present [you] faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy,
