gltv@Isaiah:7:1 @ And it happened in the days of Ahaz: the son of Jotham, the son of Uzziah, king of Judah, Rezin the king of Syria, and Pekah the son of Remaliah, king of Israel, went up to Jerusalem to war against it, but were not able to do battle against it.

gltv@Isaiah:7:8 @ For the head of Syria is Damascus, and the head of Damascus is Rezin; and within sixty five years Ephraim shall be broken from being a people.

gltv@Isaiah:7:9 @ And the head of Ephraim is Samaria, and the head of Samaria is Remaliah's son. If you will not believe, surely you will not be established.

gltv@Isaiah:7:14 @ So, The Lord Himself will give you a sign: Behold! The virgin will conceive and will bring forth a son; and she shall call His name Immanuel.

gltv@Isaiah:7:25 @ And all the hills which were hoed with the hoe, you shall not come there for fear of briers and thorns; but it shall be for the sending out of the ox, and for trampling of sheep.

gltv@Isaiah:8:3 @ And I drew near the prophetess. And she conceived, and bore a son. Then Jehovah said to me, Call his name, Hurry, plunder! Eagerly plunder!

gltv@Isaiah:10:6 @ I will send him against an ungodly nation, and against the people of My wrath. I will command him to plunder, and to strip off spoil, and to trample them like the mud of the streets.

gltv@Isaiah:10:10 @ As my hand has found the kingdoms of the idols (for their carved images excelled Jerusalem's and Samaria's);

gltv@Isaiah:10:11 @ shall I not do to Jerusalem and her idols as I have done to Samaria and her idols?

gltv@Isaiah:10:13 @ For he says, I have worked by the strength of my hand and by my wisdom; for I am wise. And I take away the borders of peoples, and have robbed their treasures. And like a mighty one, I subdue inhabitants.

gltv@Isaiah:10:16 @ So the Lord, Jehovah of Hosts, shall send leanness among his fat ones. And under His glory He will kindle a burning like the burning of fire.

gltv@Isaiah:10:17 @ And the Light of Israel shall be for a fire, and his Holy One for a flame; and it shall burn and devour his thorns and briers in one day.

gltv@Isaiah:10:29 @ They have crossed the ford; they have bedded down at Geba; Ramah is afraid; Gibeah of Saul has fled.

gltv@Isaiah:14:30 @ And the first-born of the poor shall eat; and the needy shall lie down in safety; and I will kill your root with famine; and it shall kill your remnant.

gltv@Isaiah:16:4 @ Let My outcasts tarry with you, Moab. Be a hiding place to them from the face of the destroyer. For the exacter has ceased, destruction has failed; the trampler is ended out of the land.

gltv@Isaiah:17:1 @ The burden of Damascus: Behold, Damascus is taken away from being a city, and it shall be a ruined heap.

gltv@Isaiah:17:3 @ And the fortress shall cease from Ephraim; and the kingdom from Damascus and the rest of Syria. They shall be as the glory of the sons of Israel, declares Jehovah of Hosts.

gltv@Isaiah:18:2 @ which sends envoys by the sea, even in ships of papyrus on the face of the waters. Go, swift messengers, to a nation tall and smooth, to a dreadful people from it and onwards; and a nation mighty and trampling down, whose land the rivers have divided!

gltv@Isaiah:18:3 @ All you inhabitants of the world and dwellers of the earth, as one lifts a banner on the peaks, you will see. And you will hear as the blowing of a ram's horn.

gltv@Isaiah:18:7 @ Then shall be brought in that time to Jehovah of Hosts a present from a tall and smooth people, and a terrifying people, from it and onward; a mighty and trampling nation whose land the rivers have divided, to the place of the name of Jehovah of Hosts: Mount Zion.

gltv@Isaiah:20:2 @ at that time Jehovah spoke by the son of Amoz, saying, Go and loosen the sackcloth from your loins, and take your shoe off from your foot. And he did so, walking naked and barefoot.

gltv@Isaiah:20:5 @ And they shall be afraid and ashamed of their hope Ethiopia, and of their glory Egypt.

gltv@Isaiah:21:2 @ A harsh vision is revealed to me; the deceiver deals deceitfully, and the plunderer plunders. Go up, O Elam! Besiege, O Media! I have caused all her sighing to cease.

gltv@Isaiah:21:3 @ Because of this my loins are filled with pain; pangs have taken hold on me like the pangs of a travailing woman. I am bowed from hearing; I am troubled from seeing.

gltv@Isaiah:23:4 @ Be ashamed, Sidon, for the sea has spoken, the strength of the sea, saying, I have not travailed, nor brought forth, I have not nourished young men nor raised up virgins.

gltv@Isaiah:24:13 @ For it is thus in the midst of the land, among the peoples, it shall be as the shaking of an olive tree, and as gleanings when the grape harvest is completed.

gltv@Isaiah:27:13 @ And it shall be in that day, the great ram's horn shall be blown; and those perishing in the land of Assyria and the outcasts in the land of Egypt shall come and shall worship Jehovah in the holy mountain in Jerusalem.

gltv@Isaiah:28:3 @ The crown of pride of the drunkards of Ephraim shall be trampled down.

gltv@Isaiah:28:11 @ For with stammering lip and another tongue, He will speak to this people;

gltv@Isaiah:28:18 @ And your covenant with death shall be covered; and your vision with Sheol shall not rise up. When the overwhelming whip passes through, then you shall be for a trampling to it.

gltv@Isaiah:29:1 @ Woe to Ariel, to Ariel, the city where David camped. Add year on year; let feasts run their circle.

gltv@Isaiah:29:3 @ And I will camp as a circle on you, and will lay siege work on you; and I will raise up ramparts on you.

gltv@Isaiah:29:6 @ you shall he visited from Jehovah of Hosts; with thunder and earthquake, and great noise, tempest and storm, and flame of devouring fire.

gltv@Isaiah:29:7 @ And the multitude of all the nations who fight against Ariel, even all battling her and compressing her and her stronghold, shall be like a dream of a night vision.

gltv@Isaiah:29:8 @ It shall even be as when a hungry one dreams; and, behold, he is eating; but when he awakes, his soul is empty. Or it shall be as when a thirsty one dreams; and, behold, he is drinking, but when he awakes, he is faint, and his soul is longing. So shall be the multitude of all the nations who fight against Mount Zion.

gltv@Isaiah:29:11 @ And the whole vision to you is like the words of a sealed hook which they give to one knowing books, saying, Please read this. Then he says, I am not able, for it is sealed.

gltv@Isaiah:29:14 @ So, behold, I am adding to do a wonders with this people, the wonder, even a wonder. For the wisdom of his wise ones shall perish, and the wit of his witty ones shall be hidden.

gltv@Isaiah:29:19 @ And the humble ones shall increase joy in Jehovah, and the poor among men shall rejoice in the Holy One of Israel.

gltv@Isaiah:29:22 @ So Jehovah says this: He who redeemed Abraham, as to the house of Jacob: Jacob shall not be ashamed now, nor shall his face become pale now.

gltv@Isaiah:29:23 @ But when he sees his children in his midst, the work of My hands, they shall sanctify My name. They shall sanctify the Holy One of Jacob, and shall fear the God of Israel.

gltv@Isaiah:30:3 @ And the stronghold of Pharaoh shall become a shame to you; and relying on the shadow of Egypt shall be a disgrace.

They carry their riches on the shoulders of young asses, and their treasures on the humps of camels, to a people who cannot profit them.

gltv@Isaiah:34:6 @ A sword is to Jehovah; it is filled with blood; it is made fat with fatness, with the blood of lambs and goats, with the fat of the kidneys of rams. For Jehovah has a sacrifice in Bozrah, and a great slaughter in the land of Edom.

gltv@Isaiah:36:11 @ And Eliakim and Shebna and Joah said to the chief of the cupbearers, Please speak to your servants in Aramaic, for we hear. But do not speak to us in Judean, in the ears of the people on the wall.

gltv@Isaiah:36:19 @ Where are the gods of Hamath, and Arpad? Where are the gods of Sepharvaim? And when have they delivered Samaria out of my hand?

gltv@Isaiah:36:22 @ And Eliakim, Hilkiah's son who was over the house, and Shebna the scribe, and Asaph's son Joah, the recorder, came to Hezekiah with their garments torn. And they reported to him the words of the chief of cupbearers.

gltv@Isaiah:37:27 @ And their inhabitants were short of hand, dismayed and ashamed. They were as the field grass and the green herbs; like the grass of the housetops, even blasted before it has risen.

gltv@Isaiah:37:29 @ Because of your raging against Me, and your arrogance has come up to My ears, even I will put My hook in your nose, and My bridle in your lips; and I will turn you back by the way you came in.

gltv@Isaiah:37:34 @ He shall return by the same way that he came in, and he shall not come into this city, says Jehovah.

gltv@Isaiah:37:36 @ Then the Angel of Jehovah went out and struck a hundred and eighty five thousand in the camp of Assyria. And they rose early in the morning; and, behold! They were all dead corpses.

gltv@Isaiah:37:38 @ And it happened as he was worshiping in the house of his god Nisroch, even his sons Adrammelech and Sharezer struck him with the sword. And they escaped into the land of Ararat. And his son Esarhaddon reigned in his place.

gltv@Isaiah:41:8 @ But you Israel are My servant, Jacob whom I have chosen; the seed of My friend Abraham;

gltv@Isaiah:41:10 @ Do not fear, for I am with you; do not gaze about, for I am your God; I will make you strong; yea, I will help you; yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of My righteousness.

gltv@Isaiah:41:11 @ Behold, all who were provoked with you shall be ashamed and confounded; they shall be as nothing; and they who fight with you Shall perish.

gltv@Isaiah:41:13 @ For I, Jehovah your God am strengthening your right hand; who says to you, Do not fear; I will help you.

gltv@Isaiah:41:25 @ I have raised up one from the north; and he shall come from the east; he will call on My name. And he shall come upon rulers as on mortar, and as a potter tramples clay.

gltv@Isaiah:42:8 @ I am Jehovah; that is My name; and I will not give My glory to another, nor My praise to engraved images.

gltv@Isaiah:42:17 @ they are turned back; they are ashamed with shame, those trusting in the carved image, who say to cast images, You are our gods.

gltv@Jeremiah:38:9 @ My lord the king, these men have done evil in all that they have done to the prophet, whom they have thrown into the pit. And he has died in his place because of the famine, for there is no more food in the city.

gltv@Lamentations:1:9 @ Her uncleanness is in her skirts. She did not remember her end and has gone down astoundingly. She had no comforter. O Jehovah, behold my affliction, for the enemy has magnified himself.

gltv@Lamentations:1:10 @ The enemy has spread out his hand on all her desirable things. Indeed, she has seen the nations enter into her holy place, whom You commanded that they not enter into Your congregation.

gltv@Lamentations:2:2 @ The Lord swallowed up all of Jacob's dwelling-places, and did not pity. In His wrath He has thrown down the strongholds of the daughter of Judah. He made them touch to the earth. He has defiled the kingdom and its rulers.

gltv@Lamentations:2:3 @ He cut off all the horn of Israel in hot anger. He has turned back His right hand from the face of the haters, and He burned in Jacob as a flaming fire; it consumes all around.

gltv@Lamentations:2:4 @ He trod His bow like an enemy, and set His right hand like a foe; and killed all who were desirable to the eye in the tent of the daughter of Zion. He poured out His fury like fire.

gltv@Lamentations:2:5 @ The Lord was like an enemy; He swallowed up Israel; He swallowed up all his palaces and destroyed his strongholds; and He increased mourning and weeping in the daughter of Judah.

gltv@Lamentations:2:6 @ And He violated his booth like a garden and destroyed his meeting-places. Jehovah made meeting-places and sabbaths forgotten in Zion, and He rejected king and priest in the fury of His anger.

gltv@Lamentations:2:7 @ The Lord has cast off His altar; He rejected His holy place. He has delivered the walls of her palaces into the hater's hand. They gave a noise in Jehovah's house, as a day of meeting.

gltv@Lamentations:2:8 @ Jehovah willed to destroy the wall of the daughter of Zion; He has stretched out a line. He has not withdrawn His hand from swallowing; and He made rampart and wall lament; they languish together.

gltv@Lamentations:2:9 @ Her gates have sunk in the ground; He has dispersed and shattered her bars. Her kings and her rulers are among the nations. The law is not. Also her prophets have not found a vision from Jehovah.

gltv@Lamentations:2:10 @ They sit on the ground; the elders of Zion's daughters are silent. They send up dust on their heads, they gird on sack cloths. The virgins of Jerusalem let their heads hang to the ground.

gltv@Lamentations:2:11 @ And my eyes are at an end with tears, my inward parts ferment; my liver is poured on the ground for the ruin of the daughter of my people; in the fainting of children and sucklings in the city's plazas.

gltv@Ezekiel:5:12 @ A third part of you shall die by the plague and shall be consumed by the famine in your midst. And a third part shall fall by the sword all around you. And a third part I will scatter into every wind, and I will draw out a sword after them.

gltv@Ezekiel:5:13 @ And My anger shall be spent, and I will make My fury rest on them, and I will be eased. And they shall know that I, Jehovah, have spoken in My zeal, in My fulfilling My fury among them.

gltv@Ezekiel:5:14 @ And I will make you into a waste and a reproach among the nations that are around you, in the eyes of all who pass by.

gltv@Ezekiel:5:15 @ And it shall be a reproach and a taunt, a chastening and a horror, to the nations which are all around you, when I shall execute against you judgments in anger and in fury and in rebukes among them. I, Jehovah, have spoken it.

gltv@Ezekiel:5:16 @ When I shall send the arrows of evil famine among them, which shall be for ruin, for which I will send them to destroy you, even I will increase the famine on you and break the staff of bread to you.

gltv@Ezekiel:5:17 @ Yea, I will send famine and evil beasts on you, and you will be bereaved. And pestilence and blood shall pass among you, and I shall bring a sword on you. I, Jehovah, have spoken.

gltv@Ezekiel:6:1 @ And it happened, the word of Jehovah came to me, saying,

gltv@Ezekiel:6:7 @ And the slain shall fall in your midst, and you shall know that I am Jehovah.

gltv@Ezekiel:6:8 @ Yet I will leave a remainder, so that may be left to you those who escape the sword among the nations, in your scattering among the lands.

gltv@Ezekiel:6:9 @ And those who escape shall remember Me among the nations where they will be exiled, because I was broken by their whoring heart which has turned away from Me, and by their whoring eyes which go after their idols. And they shall loathe against their faces for the evils which they have done in all their abominations.

gltv@Ezekiel:6:10 @ And they shall know that I am Jehovah; not in vain have I said to do this evil to them.

gltv@Ezekiel:6:11 @ So says the Lord Jehovah: Strike with your hand, and stamp with your foot, and say, Alas, for all the evil abominations of the house of Israel! For they shall fall by the sword, by the famine, and by the plague.

gltv@Ezekiel:6:12 @ He who is far off shall die by the plague, and he who is near shall fall by the sword, and he who remains and is besieged shall die by the famine. So I will fulfill My fury on them.

gltv@Ezekiel:6:13 @ And you shall know that I am Jehovah when their slain shall be in the midst of their idols all around their altars, on every high hill, in all the tops of the mountains, and under every green tree, and under every leafy oak, (the place where they offered there a soothing aroma to all their idols).

gltv@Ezekiel:6:14 @ And I will stretch out My hand on them and make the land a desolation even more desolate than the desert toward Diblath, in all their dwelling places. And they shall know that I am Jehovah.

gltv@Ezekiel:7:4 @ And My eye shall not spare you, and I will not have pity. But I will lay your ways on you, and your abominations shall be in your midst, and you shall know that I am Jehovah.

gltv@Ezekiel:7:9 @ And My eye shall not spare, and I will not have pity; I will put on you according to your ways and your abominations that are in your midst. And you shall know that I am Jehovah who strikes.

gltv@Ezekiel:12:10 @ Say to them, So says the Lord Jehovah: This burden is to the prince in Jerusalem, and to all the house of Israel who are among them.

gltv@Ezekiel:12:11 @ Say, I am your wonder. As I have done, so it shall be done to them. They shall go into exile, into captivity.

gltv@Ezekiel:12:12 @ And the prince who is among them shall carry on his shoulder in the dark and go forth through the wall. They shall dig to bring out by it. He shall cover his face so that he does not look with the eye on the earth.

gltv@Ezekiel:12:15 @ And they shall know that I am Jehovah when I shall scatter them among the nations and disperse them in the lands.

gltv@Ezekiel:12:16 @ But of them I will leave a number of men from the sword, from the famine, and from the plague, so that they may declare all their abominations among the nations, there where they go. And they shall know that I am Jehovah.

gltv@Ezekiel:12:20 @ And the cities that have people shall be laid waste, and the land shall be desolate. And you shall know that I am Jehovah.

gltv@Ezekiel:13:8 @ So the Lord Jehovah says this: Because you have spoken vanity and have seen a lie, therefore, behold, I am against you, declares the Lord Jehovah.

gltv@Ezekiel:13:9 @ And My hand shall be against the prophets who see vanity, and who divine a lie. They shall not be in the council of My people, and they shall not be written in the writing of the house of Israel, and they shall not enter into the land of Israel. And you shall know that I am the Lord Jehovah.

gltv@Ezekiel:13:14 @ And I will break down the wall that you have daubed with lime and bring it down to the ground; yea, I will bare its base. And it shall fall, and you will be consumed in its midst. And you shall know that I am Jehovah.

gltv@Ezekiel:13:19 @ And will you profane Me among My people for handfuls of barley, and for bits of bread, to put to death the souls that should not die, and to save alive the souls that should not live, by your lying to My people who listen to lies?

gltv@Ezekiel:13:20 @ So the Lord Jehovah says this: Behold, I am against your bands with which you are hunting the souls there, to make them fly. And I will tear them from your arms, and will send out the souls, souls which you are hunting, to make them fly.

gltv@Ezekiel:13:21 @ Also I will tear your long veils and deliver My people out of your hand. And they shall not again be in your hand to be hunted. And you shall know that I am Jehovah.

gltv@Ezekiel:13:23 @ So you shall not see vanity, and you shall not divine any divination. And I will deliver My people out of your hand. And you shall know that I am Jehovah.

gltv@Ezekiel:14:1 @ And the men of the elders of Israel came to me and sat before me.

gltv@Ezekiel:14:2 @ And the word of Jehovah came to me, saying,

gltv@Ezekiel:14:8 @ And I will set My face against that man, and I will make him desolate for a sign and for proverbs. And I will cut him off from the midst of My people. And you shall know that I am Jehovah.

gltv@Ezekiel:14:13 @ Son of man, when a land sins against Me by traitorous betraying, then I will stretch out My hand on it, and I will shatter the staff of bread to it, and I will send famine on it. And I will cut off from it man and beast.

gltv@Ezekiel:14:21 @ For so says the Lord Jehovah, How much more when the four of My evil judgments: sword, and famine, and evil beast, and plague I send on Jerusalem, to cut off from it man and beast!

gltv@Ezekiel:15:2 @ Son of man, how is the vine tree more than any other tree, or than a branch that is among the trees of the forest?

gltv@Ezekiel:15:6 @ Therefore, so says the Lord Jehovah: As the vine tree among the trees of the forest, it which I have given to the fire for fuel, so I will give the dwellers of Jerusalem.

gltv@Ezekiel:15:7 @ And I will set my face against them. They shall go out from the fire, and the fire shall devour them. And you shall know that I am Jehovah when I set My face against them.

gltv@Ezekiel:16:3 @ and say, So says the Lord Jehovah to Jerusalem: Your origin and your birth is of the land of Canaan. Your father was an Amorite and your mother a Hittite.

gltv@Daniel:2:1 @ And in the second year of the reign of Nebuchadnezzar, Nebuchadnezzar was dreaming dreams, and his spirit was troubled, and his sleep was finished on him.

gltv@Daniel:2:2 @ And the king said to call to the horoscopists, and to the conjurers, and to the sorcerers and to the Chaldeans, to tell to the king his dreams. And they came and stood before the king.

gltv@Daniel:2:3 @ And the king said to them, I have dreamed a dream, and my spirit was troubled to know the dream.

gltv@Daniel:2:4 @ And the Chaldeans spoke to the king in Aramaic: O king, live forever! Tell your servants the dream, and we will reveal the meaning.

gltv@Daniel:2:5 @ The king answered and said to the Chaldeans, The word is certainly gone from me. If you will not make known the dream and its meaning to me, you will be made into mere members, and your houses shall be made an outhouse.

gltv@Daniel:2:6 @ But if you make known the dream, you shall receive gifts and a present and great honor from before me. Therefore, reveal the dream and its meaning to me.

gltv@Daniel:2:7 @ They again replied and said, Let the king tell his servants the dream, and we will reveal its meaning.

gltv@Daniel:2:9 @ But if you will not make the dream known to me, there is one law for you. For you have agreed upon lying and deceiving words to speak before me until the time has changed. Therefore, tell me the dream, then I shall know that you can reveal the meaning to me.

gltv@Daniel:2:20 @ answered and said, Blessed be the name of God forever and ever, for wisdom and might are His.

gltv@Daniel:2:26 @ The king answered and said to Daniel, whose name was Belteshazzar, Are you able to reveal to me the dream which I have seen, and its meaning?

gltv@Daniel:2:28 @ But there is a God in Heaven who reveals secrets, and makes known to king Nebuchadnezzar what shall be in the latter days. Your dream, and the visions of your head on your bed, are these:

gltv@Daniel:2:29 @ As for you, O king, your thoughts came on your bed, what should happen after this. And He who reveals secrets makes known to you what shall occur.

gltv@Daniel:2:35 @ Then the iron, the clay, the bronze, the silver, and the gold were together broken to pieces, and they became like the chaff of the summer threshing floors. And the wind carried them away so that no place was found for them. And the stone that struck the image became a great mountain and filled the whole earth.

gltv@Daniel:2:36 @ This is the dream, and we will tell the meaning of it before the king.

gltv@Daniel:2:45 @ Because you saw that the stone was cut out of the mountain without hands, and that it broke the iron, the bronze, the clay, the silver, and the gold in pieces. The great God has made known to the king what shall occur after this. And the dream is certain, and the meaning of it is trustworthy.

gltv@Daniel:3:8 @ Then at that time men, Chaldeans, came near and slandered the Jews.

gltv@Daniel:3:22 @ Then, because the king's command was urgent, and the furnace exceedingly hot, the flame of the fire killed those men who took up Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego.

gltv@Daniel:3:24 @ Then Nebuchadnezzar the king was amazed. And he rose up in haste; he spoke and said to his royal officials, Did we not throw three men bound into the middle of the fire? They replied and said to the king, True, O king.

gltv@Daniel:3:25 @ He answered and said, Behold! I see four men loose, walking in the middle of the fire, and there is no harm among them. And the form of the fourth is like a son of the gods.

gltv@Daniel:3:26 @ Then Nebuchadnezzar came near to the door of the burning, fiery furnace. He answered and said, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, servants of the most high God, come out and come here. Then Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego came out of the middle of the fire.

gltv@Daniel:3:29 @ And a decree is given by me, that every people, nation, and language who speak anything amiss about the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, he will be made into mere members and his house shall be made an outhouse. Because there is no other God who is able to deliver like this.

gltv@Daniel:4:8 @ But at last came in before me, whose name was Belteshazzar, according to the name of my god, and in whom is the spirit of the holy gods. And I told the dream before him, saying,

gltv@Daniel:4:9 @ O Belteshazzar, master of the horoscopists, because I now that the spirit of the holy gods is in you, and no secret troubles you, tell me the visions of my dream that I have seen, and its meaning.

gltv@Daniel:4:11 @ The tree became great and strong, and its height reached to the sky, and its appearance to the end of all the earth.

gltv@Daniel:4:13 @ I was looking in the visions of my head on my bed. And, behold, a watcher, even a holy one, came down from the heaven

gltv@Daniel:4:18 @ I, Nebuchadnezzar, have seen this dream. Now you, O Belteshazzar, declare its meaning, since all the wise men of my kingdom are not able to reveal the meaning to me. But you are able, for the spirit of the holy gods is in you.

gltv@Daniel:4:19 @ Then Daniel, whose name was Belteshazzar, was stunned for one hour, and his thoughts troubled him. The king spoke and said, O Belteshazzar, do not let the dream or its meaning trouble you. Belteshazzar answered and said, My lord, the dream is to those who hate you, and its meaning is to your foes.

gltv@Daniel:5:10 @ The queen came in to the banquet house because of the words of the king and his nobles. The queen spoke and said, O king, live forever, do not let your thoughts trouble you, and do not let your face be changed.

gltv@Daniel:5:12 @ because an excellent spirit, and knowledge, and understanding, explaining of dreams, and revealing of hard sentences, and the unraveling of knots, were found in this Daniel, whom the king named Belteshazzar. Now let be called, and he will reveal the meaning.

gltv@Daniel:5:29 @ Then Belshazzar commanded, and they clothed with purple, and a necklace of gold around his neck. And they made a proclamation concerning him, that he should be the third ruler in the kingdom.

gltv@Daniel:7:7 @ And after this I was looking in the night visions. And, behold, the fourth beast was fearful and terrifying, and very strong! And to it were great iron teeth. It devoured, and crushed, and stamped what was left with its feet. And it was different from all the beasts before it; and it had ten horns.

gltv@Daniel:7:8 @ I was thinking about the horns. And behold! Another little horn came up among them, and three of the first horns were uprooted before it. And behold! In this horn were eyes like the eyes of the man, and a mouth speaking great things.

gltv@Daniel:7:9 @ I was looking until the thrones were thrown up, and the Ancient of Days sat, whose robe was white as snow and the hair of His head like pure wool. His throne was like flames of fire, its wheels like burning fire.

gltv@Daniel:7:10 @ A stream of fire went out and came out from before Him. A thousand thousands served Him, and a myriad myriads stood before Him. The court was set and the books were opened.

gltv@Daniel:7:11 @ Then I was looking because of the voice of the great words which the horn spoke. I was looking until the beast was killed, and his body was destroyed and given to the burning flame.

gltv@Daniel:7:13 @ I was looking in the night visions. And behold! One like the Son of Man came with the clouds of the heavens. And He came to the Ancient of Days. And they brought Him near before Him.

gltv@Daniel:7:15 @ I, Daniel, was distressed in my spirit amidst its sheath, and the visions of my head troubled me.

gltv@Daniel:7:16 @ And I came near one of those who stood by and asked him the truth of all this. And he told me and made me know the meaning of the things.

gltv@Daniel:7:19 @ Then I wanted to know the truth of the fourth beast, which was different from all of them, very frightening, whose teeth were of iron and its nails bronze; who devoured and crushed, and trampled what was left with its feet,

gltv@Daniel:7:20 @ also of the ten horns that were on its head, and the other which came up, and before whom three fell, even that horn that had eyes, and a mouth speaking great things, and its look was greater than his fellows.

gltv@Daniel:7:21 @ I was looking, and that horn made war with the saints and overcame them,

gltv@Daniel:7:22 @ until the Ancient of Days came. And judgment was given to the saints of the Most High, and the time came that the saints possessed the kingdom.

gltv@Daniel:7:23 @ And He said, The fourth beast shall be the fourth kingdom on earth, which shall be different from all kingdoms, and shall devour all the earth, and shall trample it down and crush it.

gltv@Daniel:8:2 @ And I looked in the vision, and it happened when I looked that I was at Shushan the palace, which is in the province of Elam. And in a vision I looked, and I was by the Ulai Canal.

gltv@Daniel:8:3 @ Then I lifted up my eyes and looked. And behold! A ram was standing before the canal, having two horns. And the two horns were high, but one was higher than the other, and the higher one came up last.

gltv@Daniel:8:4 @ I saw the ram pushing westward and northward and southward, so that no beasts could stand before him, and none could deliver out of his hand. But he did according to his will and became great.

gltv@Daniel:8:5 @ And I was considering. And behold! A male of the goats came from the west, over the face of all the earth and did not touch the ground. And the he goat had an outstanding horn between his eyes.

gltv@Daniel:8:6 @ And he came to the ram with two horns which I had seen standing before the canal. And he ran to it in the fury of his power.

gltv@Daniel:8:7 @ And I saw him touched beside the ram. And he was moved with anger against him. And he struck the ram and shattered his two horns. And there was no power in the ram to stand before him. But he threw him down to the ground and trampled him. And no one could deliver the ram from his hand.

gltv@Daniel:8:8 @ Then the he goat became very great. And when he was mighty, the great horn was broken. And in its place came up four outstanding ones toward the four winds of the heavens.

gltv@Daniel:8:9 @ And out of one of them came a little horn which became very great, toward the south, and toward the east, and toward the bountiful land.

gltv@Daniel:8:10 @ And it became great, even to the host of the heavens. And it caused some of the host and of the stars to fall to the ground, and it trampled them.

gltv@Daniel:8:13 @ Then I heard a certain holy one speaking, and another holy one said to that one who spoke, Until when is the vision, the regular sacrifice and the desolating transgression, to give both the sanctuary and the host to be trampled?

gltv@Daniel:8:17 @ And he came beside my place. And when he came, I feared and fell on my face. But he said to me, O son of man, understand, for the vision is for the time of the end.

gltv@Daniel:8:20 @ The ram which you saw with two horns are the kings of Media and Persia.

gltv@Daniel:8:27 @ And I, Daniel, was faint. And I was sick for days. Afterwards, I got up and did the king's business. And I was amazed at the vision. But there was no understanding.

gltv@Daniel:9:2 @ in the first year of his reign, I, Daniel, understood the number of the years by books, which came as the word of Jehovah to Jeremiah the prophet, that He would accomplish seventy years in the desolations of Jerusalem.

gltv@Daniel:9:7 @ O Lord, righteousness belongs to You, but to us the shame of our faces, as it is this day to the men of Judah, and to the dwellers of Jerusalem, and to all Israel, who are near and who are afar through all the lands where You have scattered them for their unfaithfulness which they have done against You.

gltv@Daniel:9:8 @ O Lord, shame of face belongs to us, to our kings, to our rulers and to our fathers, because we have sinned against You.

gltv@Daniel:10:1 @ In the third year of Cyrus king of Persia, a thing was revealed to Daniel, whose name was called Belteshazzar. And the thing was true, and a great conflict. And he understood the thing and had understanding of the vision.

gltv@Daniel:10:3 @ I ate no food for delight, and no flesh or wine came into my mouth. I did not anoint myself at all until three weeks of days were fulfilled.
