* This is the third time I am coming (5736 ) to you . In the mouth of two or three witnesses shall every word be established (5701 ). * I told you before (5758 ), and foretell you (5719 ), as if I were present (5752 ), the second time ; and being absent (5752 ) now I write (5719 ) to them which heretofore have sinned (5761 ), and to all other , that , if I come (5632 ) again , I will not spare (5695 ): * Since ye seek (5719 ) a proof of Christ speaking (5723 ) in me , which to you-ward is not weak (5719 ), but is mighty (5719 ) in you . * For though he was crucified (5681 ) through weakness , yet he liveth (5719 ) by the power of God . For we also are weak (5719 ) in him , but we shall live (5695 ) with him by the power of God toward you . * Examine (5720 ) yourselves , whether ye be (5748 ) in the faith ; prove (5720 ) your own selves . Know ye (5719 ) not your own selves , how that Jesus Christ is (5748 ) in you , except ye be (5748 ) reprobates ? * But I trust (5719 ) that ye shall know (5695 ) that we are (5748 ) not reobates . * Now I pray (5736 ) to God that ye do (5658 ) no evil ; not that we should appear (5652 ) approved , but that ye should do (5725 ) that which is honest , though we be (5753 ) as reprobates . * For we can do (5736 ) nothing against the truth , but for the truth . * For we are glad (5719 ), when we are weak (5725 ), and ye are (5753 ) strong : and this also we wish (5736 ), even your perfection . * Therefore I write (5719 ) these things being absent (5752 ), lest being present (5752 ) I should use (5667 ) sharpness , according to the power which the Lord hath given (5656 ) me to edification , and not to destruction . * Finally , brethren , farewell (5720 ). Be perfect (5744 ), be of good comfort (5744 ), be of one mind (5720 ), live in peace (5720 ); and the God of love and peace shall be (5704 ) with you . * Greet (5663 ) one another with an holy kiss . * All the saints salute (5736 ) you . * The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ , and the love of God , and the communion of the Holy Ghost , be with you all .
