* For as touching the ministering to the saints , it is (5748 ) superfluous for me to write (5721 ) to you : * For I know (5758 ) the forwardness of your mind , for which I boast (5736 ) of you to them of Macedonia , that Achaia was ready (5769 ) a year ago ; and your zeal hath provoked (5656 ) very many . * Yet have I sent (5656 ) the brethren , lest our boasting of you should be in vain (5686 ) in this behalf ; that , as I said (5707 ), ye may be (5753 ) ready (5772 ): * Lest haply if they of Macedonia come (5632 ) with me , and find (5632 ) you unprepared , we (that we say (5725 ) not , ye ) should be ashamed (5686 ) in this same confident boasting . * Therefore I thought (5662 ) it necessary to exhort (5658 ) the brethren , that they would go before (5632 ) unto you , and make up beforehand (5661 ) your bounty , whereof ye had notice before (5772 ), that the same might be (5750 ) ready , as a matter of bounty , and not as of covetousness . * But this I say , He which soweth (5723 ) sparingly shall reap (5692 ) also sparingly ; and he which soweth (5723 ) bountifully shall reap (5692 ) also bountifully . * Every man according as he purposeth (5736 ) in his heart , so let him give ; not grudgingly , or of necessity : for God loveth (5719 ) a cheerful giver . * And God is able to make all grace abound (5658 ) toward you ; that ye , always having (5723 ) all sufficiency in all things , may abound (5725 ) to every good work : * (As it is written (5769 ), He hath dispersed abroad (5656 ); he hath given (5656 ) to the poor : his righteousness remaineth (5719 ) for ever . * Now he that ministereth (5723 ) seed to the sower (5723 ) both minister (5659 ) bread for your food , and multiply (5659 ) your seed sown , and increase (5659 ) the fruits of your righteousness ;) * Being enriched (5746 ) in every thing to all bountifulness , which causeth (5736 ) through us thanksgiving to God . * For the administration of this service not only supplieth (5748 ) (5723 ) the want of the saints , but is abundant (5723 ) also by many thanksgivings unto God ; * Whiles by the experiment of this ministration they glorify (5723 ) God for your professed subjection unto the gospel of Christ , and for your liberal distribution unto them , and unto all men ; * And by their prayer for you , which long after (5723 ) you for the exceeding (5723 ) grace of God in you . * Thanks be unto God for his unspeakable gift .
