* But Paul said (5627 ), I am (5748 ) a man which am a Jew of Tarsus , a city in Cilicia , a citizen of no mean city : and , I beseech (5736 ) thee , suffer (5657 ) me to speak (5658 ) unto the people . * And when he had given him licence (5660 ), Paul stood (5761 ) on the stairs , and beckoned (5656 ) with the hand unto the people .
