* Finally , my brethren , be strong (5744 ) in the Lord , and in the power of his might . * Put on (5669 ) the whole armour of God , that ye may be able (5738 ) to stand (5629 ) against the wiles of the devil . * For we wrestle not against (5748 ) flesh and blood , but against principalities , against powers , against the rulers of the darkness of this world , against spiritual wickedness in high places . * Wherefore take unto you (5628 ) the whole armour of God , that ye may be able (5667 ) to withstand (5629 ) in the evil day , and having done (5666 ) all , to stand (5629 ). * Stand (5628 ) therefore , having your loins girt about (5671 ) with truth , and having on (5671 ) the breastplate of righteousness ; * And your feet shod (5671 ) with the preparation of the gospel of peace ; * Above all , taking (5631 ) the shield of faith , wherewith ye shall be able (5695 ) to quench (5658 ) all the fiery (5772 ) darts of the wicked . * And take (5663 ) the helmet of salvation , and the sword of the Spirit , which is (5748 ) the word of God : * Praying (5740 ) always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit , and watching (5723 ) thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints ;
