* By faith Noah , being warned of God (5685 ) of things not seen (5746 ) as yet , moved with fear (5685 ), prepared (5656 ) an ark to the saving of his house ; by the which he condemned (5656 ) the world , and became (5633 ) heir of the righteousness which is by faith . * By faith Abraham , when he was called (5746 ) to go out (5629 ) into a place which he should after (5707 ) receive (5721 ) for an inheritance , obeyed (5656 ); and he went out (5627 ), not knowing (5740 ) whither he went (5736 ). * By faith he sojourned (5656 ) in the land of promise , as in a strange country , dwelling (5660 ) in tabernacles with Isaac and Jacob , the heirs with him of the same promise :
