* And ye have forgotten (5769 ) the exhortation which speaketh (5736 ) unto you as unto children , My son , despise not thou (5720 ) the chastening of the Lord , nor faint (5744 ) when thou art rebuked (5746 ) of him : * For whom the Lord loveth (5719 ) he chasteneth (5719 ), and scourgeth (5719 ) every son whom he receiveth (5736 ).
