* And verily they that are of the sons of Levi , who receive (5723 ) the office of the priesthood , have (5719 ) a commandment to take tithes (5721 ) of the people according to the law , that is (5748 ), of their brethren , though they come (5761 ) out of the loins of Abraham : * But he whose descent is not counted (5746 ) from them received tithes (5758 ) of Abraham , and blessed (5758 ) him that had (5723 ) the promises . * And without all contradiction the less is blessed (5743 ) of the better . * And here men that die (5723 ) receive (5719 ) tithes ; but there he receiveth them , of whom it is witnessed (5746 ) that he liveth (5719 ). * And as I may so say (5629 ), Levi also , who receiveth (5723 ) tithes , payed tithes (5769 ) in Abraham .
