* That the saying of Esaias the prophet might be fulfilled (5686 ), which he spake (5627 ), Lord , who hath believed (5656 ) our report ? and to whom hath the arm of the Lord been revealed (5681 )? * Therefore they could (5711 ) not believe (5721 ), because that Esaias said (5627 ) again , * He hath blinded (5758 ) their eyes , and hardened (5758 ) their heart ; that they should not see (5632 ) with their eyes , nor understand (5661 ) with their heart , and be converted (5652 ), and I should heal (5667 ) them .
