* If the world hate (5719 ) you , ye know (5719 ) (5720 ) that it hated (5758 ) me before it hated you . * If ye were (5713 ) of the world , the world would love (5707 ) his own : but because ye are (5748 ) not of the world , but I have chosen (5668 ) you out of the world , therefore the world hateth (5719 ) you . * Remember (5720 ) the word that I said (5627 ) unto you , The servant is (5748 ) not greater than his lord . If they have persecuted (5656 ) me , they will also persecute (5692 ) you ; if they have kept (5656 ) my saying , they will keep (5692 ) yours also . * But all these things will they do (5692 ) unto you for my names sake , because they know (5758 ) not him that sent (5660 ) me .
