* Then the soldiers , when they had crucified (5656 ) Jesus , took (5627 ) his garments , and made (5656 ) four parts , to every soldier a part ; and also his coat : now the coat was (5713 ) without seam , woven from the top throughout . * They said (5627 ) therefore among themselves , Let us not rend (5661 ) it , but cast lots (5632 ) for it , whose it shall be (5704 ): that the scripture might be fulfilled (5686 ), which saith (5723 ), They parted (5668 ) my raiment among them , and for my vesture they did cast (5627 ) lots . These things therefore the soldiers did (5656 ).
