* And I knew (5715 ) him not : but that he should be made manifest (5686 ) to Israel , therefore am I come (5627 ) baptizing (5723 ) with water . * And John bare record (5656 ), saying (5723 ), I saw (5766 ) the Spirit descending (5723 ) from heaven like a dove , and it abode (5656 ) upon him . * And I knew (5715 ) him not : but he that sent (5660 ) me to baptize (5721 ) with water , the same said (5627 ) unto me , Upon whom thou shalt see (5632 ) the Spirit descending (5723 ), and remaining (5723 ) on him , the same is (5748 ) he which baptizeth (5723 ) with the Holy Ghost .
