* In that hour Jesus rejoiced in (5662 ) spirit , and said (5627 ), I thank (5731 ) thee , O Father , Lord of heaven and earth , that thou hast hid (5656 ) these things from the wise and prudent , and hast revealed (5656 ) them unto babes : even so , Father ; for so it seemed (5633 ) good in thy sight . * All things are delivered (5681 ) to me of my Father : and no man knoweth (5719 ) who the Son is (5748 ), but the Father ; and who the Father is (5748 ), but the Son , and he to whom the Son will (5741 ) reveal (5658 ) him . * And he turned him (5651 ) unto his disciples , and said (5627 ) privately , Blessed are the eyes which see (5723 ) the things that ye see (5719 ): * For I tell (5719 ) you , that many prophets and kings have desired (5656 ) to see (5629 ) those things which ye see (5719 ), and have not seen (5627 ) them ; and to hear (5658 ) those things which ye hear (5719 ), and have not heard (5656 ) them .
