* Lest haply , after he hath laid (5631 ) the foundation , and is not able (5723 ) to finish (5658 ) it , all that behold (5723 ) it begin (5672 ) to mock (5721 ) him , * Saying (5723 ), This man began (5662 ) to build (5721 ), and was not able (5656 ) to finish (5658 ). * Or what king , going (5740 ) to make (5629 ) war against another king , sitteth not down (5660 ) first , and consulteth (5736 ) whether he be (5748 ) able with ten thousand to meet (5658 ) him that cometh (5740 ) against him with twenty thousand ?
