* When thou art bidden (5686 ) of any man to a wedding , sit not down (5686 ) in the highest room ; lest a more honourable man than thou be (5753 ) bidden (5772 ) of him ; * And he that bade (5660 ) thee and him come (5631 ) and say (5692 ) to thee , Give (5628 ) this man place ; and thou begin (5672 ) with shame to take (5721 ) the lowest room . * But when thou art bidden (5686 ), go (5679 ) and sit down (5657 ) in the lowest room ; that when he that bade (5761 ) thee cometh (5632 ), he may say (5632 ) unto thee , Friend , go up (5628 ) higher : then shalt thou have (5704 ) worship in the presence of them that sit at meat (5740 ) with thee .
