* And he spake (5707 ) a parable unto them to this end , that men ought (5750 ) always to pray (5738 ), and not to faint (5721 ); * Saying (5723 ), There was (5713 ) in a city a judge , which feared (5740 ) not God , neither regarded (5746 ) man : * And there was (5713 ) a widow in that city ; and she came (5711 ) unto him , saying (5723 ), Avenge (5657 ) me of mine adversary . * And he would (5656 ) not for a while : but afterward he said (5627 ) within himself , Though I fear (5736 ) not God , nor regard (5743 ) man ; * Yet because this widow troubleth (5721 ) me , I will avenge (5692 ) her , lest by her continual coming (5740 ) she weary (5725 ) me . * And the Lord said (5627 ), Hear (5657 ) what the unjust judge saith (5719 ). * And shall not God avenge (5692 ) his own elect , which cry (5723 ) day and night unto him , though he bear long (5723 ) with them ?
