* Then took he him up (5662 ) in his arms , and blessed (5656 ) God , and said (5627 ), * Lord , now lettest thou thy servant depart (5719 ) in peace , according to thy word : * For mine eyes have seen (5627 ) thy salvation , * Which thou hast prepared (5656 ) before the face of all people ; * A light to lighten the Gentiles , and the glory of thy people Israel . * And Joseph and his mother marvelled (5713 ) (5723 ) at those things which were spoken (5746 ) of him . * And Simeon blessed (5656 ) them , and said (5627 ) unto Mary his mother , Behold (5628 ), this child is set (5736 ) for the fall and rising again of many in Israel ; and for a sign which shall be spoken against (5746 );
