* And at the season he sent (5656 ) to the husbandmen a servant , that he might receive (5632 ) from the husbandmen of the fruit of the vineyard . * And they caught (5631 ) him , and beat (5656 ) him , and sent him away (5656 ) empty . * And again he sent (5656 ) unto them another servant ; and at him they cast stones (5660 ), and wounded him in the head (5656 ), and sent him away (5656 ) shamefully handled (5772 ). * And again he sent (5656 ) another ; and him they killed (5656 ), and many others ; beating some (5723 ), and killing some (5723 ). * Having (5723 ) yet therefore one son , his wellbeloved , he sent (5656 ) him also last unto them , saying (5723 ), They will reverence (5691 ) my son . * But those husbandmen said (5627 ) among themselves , This is (5748 ) the heir ; come (5773 ), let us kill (5725 ) him , and the inheritance shall be (5704 ) ours . * And they took (5631 ) him , and killed (5656 ) him , and cast (5627 ) him out of the vineyard .
