* And the soldiers led him away (5627 ) into the hall , called Praetorium ; and they call together (5719 ) the whole band . * And they clothed (5719 ) him with purple , and platted (5660 ) a crown of thorns , and put it about (5719 ) his head , * And began (5662 ) to salute (5738 ) him , Hail (5720 ), King of the Jews ! * And they smote (5707 ) him on the head with a reed , and did spit (5707 ) upon him , and bowing (5723 ) their knees worshipped (5707 ) him . * And when they had mocked (5656 ) him , they took off (5656 ) the purple from him , and put his own clothes on (5656 ) him , and led him out (5719 ) to crucify (5661 ) him .
