* For as Jonas was (5713 ) three days and three nights in the whales belly ; so shall the Son of man be (5704 ) three days and three nights in the heart of the earth . * The men of Nineveh shall rise (5698 ) in judgment with this generation , and shall condemn (5692 ) it : because they repented (5656 ) at the preaching of Jonas ; and , behold (5628 ), a greater than Jonas is here . * The queen of the south shall rise up (5701 ) in the judgment with this generation , and shall condemn (5692 ) it : for she came (5627 ) from the uttermost parts of the earth to hear (5658 ) the wisdom of Solomon ; and , behold (5628 ), a greater than Solomon is here . * When the unclean spirit is gone (5632 ) out of a man , he walketh (5736 ) through dry places , seeking (5723 ) rest , and findeth (5719 ) none . * Then he saith (5719 ), I will return (5692 ) into my house from whence I came out (5627 ); and when he is come (5631 ), he findeth (5719 ) it empty (5723 ), swept (5772 ), and garnished (5772 ). * Then goeth he (5736 ), and taketh (5719 ) with himself seven other spirits more wicked than himself , and they enter in (5631 ) and dwell (5719 ) there : and the last state of that man is (5736 ) worse than the first . Even so shall it be (5704 ) also unto this wicked generation .
