* And when he was come (5631 ) into his own country , he taught (5707 ) them in their synagogue , insomuch that they were astonished (5745 ), and said (5721 ), Whence hath this man this wisdom , and these mighty works ? * Is (5748 ) not this the carpenters son ? is not his mother called (5743 ) Mary ? and his brethren , James , and Joses , and Simon , and Judas ? * And his sisters , are they (5748 ) not all with us ? Whence then hath this man all these things ? * And they were offended (5712 ) in him . But Jesus said (5627 ) unto them , A prophet is (5748 ) not without honour , save in his own country , and in his own house .
