* And after six days Jesus taketh (5719 ) Peter , James , and John his brother , and bringeth them up (5719 ) into an high mountain apart , * And was transfigured (5681 ) before them : and his face did shine (5656 ) as the sun , and his raiment was (5633 ) white as the light . * And , behold (5628 ), there appeared (5681 ) unto them Moses and Elias talking (5723 ) with him . * Then answered (5679 ) Peter , and said (5627 ) unto Jesus , Lord , it is (5748 ) good for us to be (5750 ) here : if thou wilt (5719 ), let us make (5661 ) here three tabernacles ; one for thee , and one for Moses , and one for Elias . * While he yet spake (5723 ), behold (5628 ), a bright cloud overshadowed (5656 ) them : and behold (5628 ) a voice out of the cloud , which said (5723 ), This is (5748 ) my beloved Son , in whom I am well pleased (5656 ); hear ye (5720 ) him .
