* Woe unto you , scribes and Pharisees , hypocrites ! because ye build (5719 ) the tombs of the prophets , and garnish (5719 ) the sepulchres of the righteous , * And say (5719 ), If we had been (5713 ) in the days of our fathers , we would not have been (5713 ) partakers with them in the blood of the prophets . * Wherefore ye be witnesses (5719 ) unto yourselves , that ye are (5748 ) the children of them which killed (5660 ) the prophets . * Fill ye up (5657 ) then the measure of your fathers . * Ye serpents , ye generation of vipers , how can ye (5632 ) escape the damnation of hell ?
