* Then he which had received (5761 ) the one talent came (5631 ) and said (5627 ), Lord , I knew (5627 ) thee that thou art (5748 ) an hard man , reaping (5723 ) where thou hast not sown (5656 ), and gathering (5723 ) where thou hast not strawed (5656 ): * And I was afraid (5679 ), and went (5631 ) and hid (5656 ) thy talent in the earth : lo , there thou hast (5719 ) that is thine . * His lord answered (5679 ) and said (5627 ) unto him , Thou wicked and slothful servant , thou knewest (5715 ) that I reap (5719 ) where I sowed (5656 ) not , and gather (5719 ) where I have not strawed (5656 ): * Thou oughtest (5713 ) therefore to have put (5629 ) my money to the exchangers , and then at my coming (5631 ) I should have received (5668 ) mine own with usury .
