* I indeed baptize (5719 ) you with water unto repentance : but he that cometh (5740 ) after me is (5748 ) mightier than I , whose shoes I am (5748 ) not worthy to bear (5658 ): he shall baptize (5692 ) you with the Holy Ghost , and with fire : * Whose fan is in his hand , and he will throughly purge (5692 ) his floor , and gather (5692 ) his wheat into the garner ; but he will burn up (5692 ) the chaff with unquenchable fire . * Then cometh (5736 ) Jesus from Galilee to Jordan unto John , to be baptized (5683 ) of him . * But John forbad (5707 ) him , saying (5723 ), I have (5719 ) need to be baptized (5683 ) of thee , and comest (5736 ) thou to me ?
