* Ask (5720 ), and it shall be given (5701 ) you ; seek (5720 ), and ye shall find (5692 ); knock (5720 ), and it shall be opened (5691 ) unto you : * For every one that asketh (5723 ) receiveth (5719 ); and he that seeketh (5723 ) findeth (5719 ); and to him that knocketh (5723 ) it shall be opened (5691 ). * Or what man is (5748 ) there of you , whom if his son ask (5661 ) bread , will he give (5692 ) him a stone ? * Or if he ask (5661 ) a fish , will he give (5692 ) him a serpent ? * If ye then , being (5752 ) evil , know (5758 ) how to give (5721 ) good gifts unto your children , how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give (5692 ) good things to them that ask (5723 ) him ?
