* Let us therefore follow after (5725 ) the things which make for peace , and things wherewith one may edify another . * For meat destroy (5720 ) not the work of God . All things indeed are pure ; but it is evil for that man who eateth (5723 ) with offence . * It is good neither to eat (5629 ) flesh , nor to drink (5629 ) wine , nor any thing whereby thy brother stumbleth (5719 ), or is offended (5743 ), or is made weak (5719 ). * Hast (5719 ) thou faith ? have (5720 ) it to thyself before God . Happy is he that condemneth (5723 ) not himself in that thing which he alloweth (5719 ).
