* Know ye (5758 ) not , that to whom ye yield (5719 ) yourselves servants to obey , his servants ye are (5748 ) to whom ye obey (5719 ); whether of sin unto death , or of obedience unto righteousness ? * But God be thanked , that ye were (5713 ) the servants of sin , but ye have obeyed (5656 ) from the heart that form of doctrine which was delivered you (5681 ). * Being then made free (5685 ) from sin , ye became the servants (5681 ) of righteousness . * I speak (5719 ) after the manner of men because of the infirmity of your flesh : for as ye have yielded (5656 ) your members servants to uncleanness and to iniquity unto iniquity ; even so now yield (5657 ) your members servants to righteousness unto holiness . * For when ye were (5713 ) the servants of sin , ye were (5713 ) free from righteousness . * What fruit had ye (5707 ) then in those things whereof ye are now ashamed (5736 )? for the end of those things is death . * But now being made free (5685 ) from sin , and become servants (5685 ) to God , ye have (5719 ) your fruit unto holiness , and the end everlasting life .
