Version 3 introduces some syntax breaks with previous syntax versions in order to be more security compliant and bring in some new writing facilities.

Simple Text Formatting:
Markup V3 - place holder = /before and after/. Placeholder is then specified with additional format type letters or symbol immediately outside both placeholders.

Table Formatting:
"(|" Starts table on newline. At the end of the final row "|)" ends it.
"|" on a consecutive newline starts another row.
columns are separated by "|" on the same line, space to either side.
