About Us

The Like Precious Faith website is conceived and operated primarily by layman Randy Pritts. The effort here has been to provide as many classical public domain and self authored resources as needed in the defense of Christianity in general and Reformed Christianity in particular. The site is always under construction and new materials are being developed.

Statement of Faith

Contributors to this site at the very least agree to the general beliefs held in the original ApostlesCreed and NiceneCreed .

Mission Statement

It is our intention to glorify Christ exclusively in all our efforts not the Reformation, the Reformers or the Reform brand of theology and doctrine. Our defense is first and foremost of Him for the edification of the universal Church body His bride.

That said:

It is also in conjunction with that our intention to provide capable and timely defense of the Reformed name and position when erroneously attacked, maligned, misrepresented. Though representing a possibly (but not proven) fallible interpreted traditions, we do so for those many endearing Christian brethren of previous generations that worked so long and hard to get us to this, we do so for the sake of truthful consideration and intellectual clarity.

It is our intention to intelligently counter the unlearned, poorly thought out and vicious bubble gum level of internet conversation - viewership seeking provocation/memes/piling on. To converse with those who have disagreement with us as close to a one on one basis as is possible as loving but concerned brothers.

It is our intention to be knowledgeable and temperate in both subject matter and approach prior to delivery as is possible.

It is our intention not to be numerically obsessed. Ministry is not measured in quantity of viewers as it is quality of response.

It is our intention to chart our steps, develop and publish our resources to the public domain, to be able to link to such and for others of similar calling to utilize and link to as well.

It is our intention to do all of this without monetizing this website or ask donations from our guests.
